When chronic pain flares, sometimes you need support rather than another thing to try to fix it. Drawing on my own experience of chronic pain, this gentle practice offers simple grounding, moments of self-compassion, and space to choose what feels helpful. There is no pressure to relax, feel positive, or make the pain go away. You can move, keep your eyes open, skip any part, or stop whenever you need. You do not have to feel accepting of your pain to join this practice. This meditation offers companionship, not medical advice or treatment. Seek medical advice for new or different pain or concerning symptoms. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei.
