I release all that no longer serves me, The fears, Doubts, And negativity that weigh me down. I surrender them to your healing power, Knowing you will transmute them into light and growth. I trust in your ability to transform. I am grounded. I am open. I am a vessel of peace and clarity. With every breath, I connect deeper to the earth beneath me. I allow the natural cycles of life to support my transformation. I am aligned with your strength, Gaia, And I release all resistance. I am ready for change. I am free from the past. I am connected to the healing energy of the earth. As I move through this day, I trust in your wisdom to guide me. May I walk in balance, Grounded in my truth, And open to the growth that is unfolding. I am in harmony with your cycles. I am transformed by your love. Thank you, Gaia, For your constant support.
