Welcome.
Please find a comfortable seated position.
Begin by closing your eyes or find a soft downward gaze.
Now place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Feel the breath moving into and out of your body.
Notice the warmth.
With each inhale,
Fill up.
Feel your chest and belly lift.
Exhale,
Release,
Relax,
Empty out and let go of tension.
Notice the length of your breath.
Are you able to slow it down and deepen it so that each breath is smooth and soft?
Maybe count the length of each inhale and exhale and notice.
Are the inhales deeper?
Just notice not necessarily needing to change anything at this time but asking yourself,
What can I do to relax deeper?
Keep breathing in this way,
Relaxing with each cycle of breath.
Trace the journey of the breath coming into your body,
Moving down your chest and belly,
Maybe visualizing that it reaches as far as your tiptoes.
Now exhale and visualize the breath moving back up the body and out.
With each cycle of breath,
Visualize the warmth,
The energy and comfort being brought into your body.
You deserve this surrender.
You are worthy of this peace and calm.
Let this feeling of acceptance wash over you and surrender to the feelings of serenity that come with each exhale.
When you feel your mind starting to wander,
Come back to this steady breath.
With each inhale and exhale telling yourself,
I deserve this surrender.
I am worthy of this peace and calm.
I am enough.
I am beautiful inside and out.
The world is in need of my light.
Envision the breath filling you up with light.
If you like,
You can envision that this glowing radiant light has a colorful hue to it that deepens your feelings of relaxation.
The light you are drawing in with each breath pushes out any dark thoughts or negativity in each exhale.
The light breaks through any sticky residue of past trauma or pain that may still linger within you.
Take a moment.
Feel this lightness.
Do any thoughts or images linger that you would like to release?
Notice if your thoughts have wandered to a past story and bring your attention back to the breath.
Let the darkness release from you as you push any remaining negativity out of you with your next exhale.
Feel the empty space being filled with lightness on your next inhale.
You are now weightless.
Nothing but pure light.
Nothing is weighing you down anymore.
Feel yourself floating above your problems,
Troubles,
And worries.
This is your time now.
If any thoughts try to disrupt you,
Remind them that they are not needed now and push them away.
Stay here in this weightlessness for as long as you need,
Breathing in more peace,
Light,
And positivity with each inhale and exhaling any negativity on each exhale.
This beautiful,
Peaceful lightness lives within you always and is here to come back to you whenever you need it.
