Allow them to drop and relax completely.
Bring your attention to your jaw,
Allow it to soften and relax.
Draw your attention to your hands,
Feel each muscle relax.
Take notice of your stomach,
Allow it to fully soften.
Next,
Draw attention to your legs,
Allow them to relax and soften with each breath you take.
Allow each part of your body to fully relax with each exhale.
Repeat these affirmations silently.
