Close your eyes and take a few deep relaxing breaths.

Allow your body to settle into a state of relaxation.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your feet.

Silently thank your feet for carrying you through life,

For their strength and resilience.

Feel gratitude for the support that they provide.

Move your attention to your legs.

Thank your legs for the ability to move you forward,

To run,

To dance,

To stand strong.

Appreciate the power they hold.

Now focus on your hands.

Thank your hands for all they do,

For their dexterity,

For their ability to create,

To comfort,

To hold.

Feel a deep appreciation for their work.

Bring awareness to your heart.

Thank your heart for beating every second of every day,

For the love and compassion it holds.

Feel gratitude for the emotions it allows you to experience.

Finally focus on your entire body.

Appreciate all that it does for you,

All that it allows you to experience.

Know that you are beautiful just as you are.

Repeat these affirmations silently.
