Welcome to our short meditation I am confident.
To start,
Close your eyes.
Bring yourself to a place of stillness.
Focus on your breath in and out.
In and out.
Feel your back straightening as every worry,
Feeling of anger or fear fly away from you.
As you find your peace in this moment.
When your mind has cleared and all around you is silent,
Repeat the following to yourself.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am confident.
If you only thought these words and phrases or whispered them,
Now try saying them out loud.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am confident.
One last time we're going to repeat these words.
This time I want you to say them in a more assertive way.
Stretch your arms as big and wide as you can.
Make your body as big as you can.
Take up as much space as you can.
Do a Superman pose.
Put your hands on your hips.
Have a strength pose and believe in what you're saying.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am confident.
When you're ready,
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
You will start to feel energized and empowered and ready to take on your day.
