Need to remember to love yourself? Need a reminder of your worth? This meditation will guide you through self love practice and self acceptance practice in a short meditation that you can fit in at anytime - day or night.

Transcript

Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down comfortably and close your eyes.

Start by taking a few deep cleansing breaths.

Imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror and as you gaze at your reflection see yourself with compassion and kindness.

You are more than your appearance,

More than your thoughts,

More than your past.

You are a beautiful soul deserving of love.

As you breathe in,

Silently say to yourself,

I love myself.

And as you exhale,

Release any negative thoughts or feelings that you hold within yourself.

Repeat these affirmations silently.

I am worthy of love.

I am enough just as I am.

I honour and respect myself.

I am worthy of love.

I am enough just as I am.

I honour and respect myself.

I am enough just as I am.

Now place your hand over your heart and feel the warmth of your touch.

Imagine that this warmth is spreading through your entire body.

With it,

It is filling you with love and acceptance for yourself.

If any negative thoughts arise,

Simply acknowledge them and let them pass.

Return your focus to the love and light that you are cultivating within yourself.

Take one more deep breath,

Filling yourself with love.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and remember that you carry this love with you always.
