You will begin this very gentle movement meditation laying on the floor on a yoga mat or on cushy carpet in a constructive rest pose (on your back with your knees bent and pointing up toward the ceiling). Make yourself as comfortable as possible in this position. Knee drop is simply allowing your knees to fall very slowly to one side and the other side with awareness of your pelvis rolling along the floor.
