Hey everyone,
Megan here from Libra Living Wellness Limited for the of Libra Living Liberation.
Today I want to talk about mindful moments.
I just looked at my board to remind myself.
So mindful moments.
So this is kind of great for this week because Tuesday we had some amazing warm and sunny weather then the next day it was freezing and snowy and rainy so it was a huge difference,
But Tuesday was super sunny.
And.
.
.
I really wanted to kind of take that sun in,
Take that time for myself,
Take some self-care time.
So I hurried quickly to get my work done so that I could sit outside for the afternoon.
I think taking those mindful moments is really important because we all get busy.
We all get busy with the things that we have to do in our lives,
Whatever it may be,
Work,
Household chores,
Taking care of kids,
Taking care of family.
Life gets busy,
Right?
So we have to really be mindful to take moments for ourself,
Take time just to be.
Just to be there,
Like even if it's with your family or with friends,
Take those moments just to sit and enjoy the sun or sit.
And enjoy the quiet,
Even if it's for a short little time.
But taking those mindful moments really helps to kind of re-energize ourselves,
Give us a little boost to kind of get through the rest of the week.
And I know for myself,
When I took that time,
Part of me was like,
Oh,
I should probably do some work.
But I was like,
The sun's out.
The sun's not going to be out for the next few days.
So I was like,
No.
I said,
I'm taking the afternoon off and enjoying taking some mindful moments for myself.
So I encourage everyone to make that a priority in your life Take those mindful moments for yourself,
Whether it's sunny or not,
But especially when it's sunny,
And take those mindful moments for yourself to reflect,
To reboot yourself,
And just be present in the moment.
