Hi,
This is Megan Gilroy from MeganGilroy.
Com.
I created this meditation so you can quickly and easily not only cite your intentions,
But also tap into what next right steps and actions should you take.
So that has an alignment.
And I'm going to be guiding you to connect to the feeling you most want to experience in your life and business,
Assess how much energy you have,
And then plan and prioritize your upcoming projects and to-do list so you can stay focused on what really matters,
Reaching your dreams and goals and still taking care of yourself.
And I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed and scattered in today's busy world,
Especially if you're a heart-centered entrepreneur.
So I find that doing this meditation at the beginning of the week is most helpful to me.
That way I go into the week feeling grounded and organized and clear and also in tune with myself.
So you may want to have a way to jot down what you discover once this meditation is over.
So let's begin.
I'd like you to take a moment to get yourself settled.
You might want to be sitting up or lying down in a comfortable position,
Making sure your spine feels straight and in alignment,
That your feet are touching the floor.
I like to rub my feet back and forth on the floor or the back of your body if you're lying down,
Is nestled into the ground.
And that you can close your eyes,
Start pulling your attention inward to your body.
And notice that you are breathing.
Taking a minute or so to observe the rise and fall of your breath,
The movement of your chest,
The air touching the inside of your nostrils or your mouth.
And just letting yourself drop,
Drop down into your body,
Drop down into the ground.
Settle to be still.
And I'd like you to focus your attention on your heart,
To bring your breath to touch and fill your chest.
And to check in with what is your heart's desire?
What is the feeling that you most want to experience in your life and in your business?
Could be for today,
For this week,
For this time period.
What is your heart's desire?
And as you recognize that feeling,
There may be a word associated with it,
But there's also a sensation that you breathe and let that feeling,
That sensation just radiate out into your energy field.
Let it circulate through your body with your blood and your breath.
And just let's assess how your energy level is.
Really paying attention to your body.
Maybe you've been feeling healthy and great and energized.
Maybe you have been busy at work or been feeling tired or coming out of an illness with curiosity,
Not judgment,
But observing,
Okay,
Here's the kind of energy I do have right now.
And that is going to inform how ambitious or how much I take on this week so I can really acknowledge and honor how I feel.
Next,
I'd like you to check in with the energy around you,
Meaning what season is it?
Are you in more inward wintertime or really out and about summer?
What time of the month is it?
Perhaps the cycle of the moon.
What's even happening in your house,
Your environment,
Your business?
And then give in your own energy level and the energy around you.
I'd now like you to scan the landscape of your life and see what needs your attention.
So it might be that there's some inner work or personal growth that you're feeling called to do.
Maybe there's something upsetting that needs to be resolved in your life.
What's going on in your career and business?
How's your health?
What have you been doing for fitness?
Is there anything going on with friends and family?
What's going on for fun and recreation or maybe you have travel plans coming up?
Your finances,
Your romantic relationships,
If you have one,
Your physical environment.
Just imagine that your awareness and attention can scan across those different areas in your life and see which ones are popping up in need of your focus.
And now for most of us,
We have multiple things happening in our life at the same time.
And so what are your top priorities for this week?
Out of all the different areas in your life,
What is it that you most need to focus on?
And I'd also like you to think ahead of anything that's already locked in for your week.
Maybe you have a doctor's appointment to go to or an event at your child's school or you know you have an upcoming event in your business,
Maybe a project that's due.
What's things that you've already committed to taking care of?
Okay,
And so now here comes when we gather all of this information together.
Our energy,
The energy around us,
Everything in our life that needs our attention,
Our top priorities,
And what we've already committed to.
And I'd like you to pick two or three tasks that you feel absolutely must get done by the end of this week.
Where are you going to put your most of your attention?
And finally,
I'd like you to check back in with that heart's desire,
With that feeling you most wanted to be experiencing and make sure that the tasks that you pick actually match,
They feel doable.
Hopefully they're uplifting.
Maybe it's something you do need to get done.
But you always want to be aligning that energy and that desire with what it is that you're doing.
Okay.
And now I'd like you to just gently bring your attention back up into the room,
The environment you're in,
Starting to open your eyes.
And just take a few minutes to jot down what you discovered,
What two or three tasks you're going to do.
Maybe make a note of your heart's desire,
Your energy.
And I wish you just so much ease and creativity and inspiration in what you do and how you set your intent.

Bookmarked and downloaded. This is wonderful, very similar to a vision-direction based day planner for entrepreneurs or those (like me) just starting down that path and constantly checking in with ourselves to clarify our goals and desired outcomes as we engage the Universe and all the abundance there waiting for manifestation. It's hard to create/manifest what we truly need/desire without a clear vision and intention, though. This audio is brilliant for that purpose! (I have a lot if doctor's appointments, so hearing that mentioned made an even stronger connection for me.) Thank you so much for sharing this with me and the world.
