Good morning.

Welcome to this bird song,

Deep breathing,

Relaxing meditation.

I want to invite you to join me in closing your eyes if you're comfortable and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold and release.

I want you to continue taking deep breaths,

Holding and releasing.

And now listen to the birds,

Beautiful sweet song of the birds.

And just hold this moment in your mind and say relax.

Know deep in your soul that you are loved by a loving creator God who cares for the birds and the flowers.

How much more does he care for you?

Just breathe.

Relax.

Remember that you matter.

You are important and valuable because you are.

You were made by a creator to be loved and to love.

Just breathe.

Relax.

Have a wonderful day and remember how deeply cherished you are.

Remember you have a God who loves you and is pursuing you moment by moment.

Carry that into the day with you.

Breathe that into your body and be filled with a spirit of love and joy.
