A short ( 1 minute) forest bathing meditation. The recording was done live in an actual forest with beautiful birdsong and the sounds of nature in the background. (There's no need to sit cross legged on a sawn off tree trunk, your chair or however you feel comfortable at home will serve just as well.)

The important thing with forest bathing is to find yourself a nice sawn off tree trunk and sit cross legged with your index finger,

Middle finger and thumb all touching and then close your eyes and breathe.

So a minute or so of that.

It's just magical.

Going on holiday for a month.
