Welcome,

Everyone.

I just want to introduce you to my new CD,

A guided meditation that I just put together,

And it's called Come Meet Your Guides.

We all have guides,

And the best way that we can get to know those guides are through meditation.

So many people call me up and ask me,

I want to know the name of my guides,

Who are my guides,

Who's watching over me?

And the very best way to do that is to just relax,

Do a meditation,

And make that connection to your guide.

So I put together this guided CD that will bring you to your guide.

So I hope you enjoy it and enjoy your guides.

Welcome to this spirit guide meditation.

My name is Bonnie Page.

Meditation is a way to move into a consciousness of real knowing.

As we sit silently and we focus our attention inwardly,

We start to become aware of our true self.

The more we meditate,

The stronger this awareness becomes.

We are here now to meet our guide.

We all have guides,

And we all have a spiritual team there to help guide and protect us on our journey.

So let's begin.

So we take a little bit of time to turn off the outside world.

So sitting back in a chair with your eyes closed,

Your palms up on your lap,

Open and ready to receive,

And your feet flat on the floor,

Being mindful of all of your body,

And send a thought to yourself of relaxation.

Now starting at the top of your head,

Visualize a beautiful white light coming down through the top of your head,

Your crown chakra.

Picture this light coming down into your head,

Neck,

Arms,

Chest,

Stomach,

Your legs,

Your calves,

Feet,

And down through the soles of your feet,

Going out of the soles of your feet down 12 inches into Mother Earth.

Take this white light and send it to a beautiful green emerald ball of crystal just below you.

Feel yourself being grounded,

Being protected,

Feeling loved.

You are grounded.

Next,

We're going to take a deep breath into your nose,

And just imagine a white light coming in and holding it for the count of three,

And exhaling out of your mouth a gray fine mist as you exhale.

So let's begin.

A deep breath in through your nose,

Bringing it to your heart,

One,

Two,

Three,

And exhaling.

Let's do this again.

In through your nose,

Bringing that breath to your heart,

One,

Two,

Three,

And exhaling.

This fine gray mist is everything you no longer need to hold onto,

Everything you would like to release.

And let's do it one more time.

Beautiful white light in,

Holding,

One,

Two,

Three,

And exhaling.

You are now grounded and protected.

We ask spirit to let us clearly see,

Hear,

And feel our spirit guide during this meditation,

Letting only the highest and the greatest energy come to us for our highest and our greatest good.

So as we're sitting back and we are relaxed,

We visualize ourselves next to a body of water.

This body of water can be an ocean,

A pond,

A lake,

Maybe one that you would like to go to,

Or one that you have been to before.

This place makes you feel most comfortable.

Now visualize yourself standing at the shoreline.

Your feet are in the sand.

The sun is shining.

You feel the warmth on your face.

You hear the waves.

As you're standing here,

You feel totally at peace.

And you start to look around,

And you notice a canoe waiting for you.

It's all ready for you to just go to and step inside,

All ready to go on your journey.

So take another look around the shoreline and visualize you standing at the edge of the shoreline.

Are there trees,

Sand,

Waves?

Is the sun shining brightly?

Notice your surroundings.

And as you're walking over to the canoe,

You pause and then you take a step into the canoe.

And your paddles are waiting for you.

So you take your paddles in,

And you start to push yourself away from the shoreline,

Gently pushing yourself out into the body of water.

And now you have a paddle in both hands,

And you start to paddle.

And you come into your own rhythm.

The left,

The right,

The left,

The right.

And you keep paddling.

And soon,

You look up and see an island before you.

As you keep paddling,

You get closer and closer to this new shoreline.

And what does this new shoreline look like?

Are there trees tall and lush?

Keep paddling closer and closer.

And you notice your canoe making its way to an opening with a pathway.

And you move closer and closer,

Coming into more shallow waters,

To this pathway between the trees.

It's like your canoe is being guided all on its own.

And the canoe stops all of a sudden.

And it's right between that pathway.

And you take your paddles in.

As you step out onto this beautiful island,

You once again feel the sand beneath your feet.

And you stand looking into this beautiful pathway.

And you know just standing on this island that you will meet your guide here.

Ask once again,

Please,

I would like to meet my guide.

And you take a look around again at your surroundings.

The trees to the left of you.

The trees to the right of you.

You look up to the sky.

And you see beautiful blue with white puffy clouds.

All of a sudden you hear a rustling of the leaves a little ways down the path.

And you start to see a shadow.

You start to sense the shadow,

A presence before you.

You might start to feel a little tightness in your chest.

You might start to feel a little tightness in your chest.

Or heat in your hands.

Maybe a little heaviness in your shoulders or your chest.

A tingling in your legs.

Feel the sensation.

As you feel it,

Ask this energy of your guide.

To blend with your energy.

And feel your guide coming closer and closer and blending with you.

And now see them as they take a step closer to you.

Notice how they feel.

Are they masculine?

Feminine?

Feel the sensations.

Do you feel a glow?

Do you sense a small figure?

A large figure?

Maybe even an animal?

Sensing what guide is here for you now.

Your hands might become a little sweaty.

There might be some tingling or a buzz at the top of your head.

Ask them now to step forward.

And as they do,

Ask them to come forward so close that you will know them.

Sensing what it is like to be next to them.

Feel your body.

The sensations that you are feeling now.

Ask them to join you ever so close.

Asking them to connect with you.

Now take a moment and ask a question.

How are you guiding me?

How are you guiding me?

What is your mission for me?

Ask for a symbol so that you know it's them when you are being guided.

What shall I call you?

And take a few moments to do this.

And now it's time to thank them for coming to you.

Working with you.

And always being there for you.

And it's time to head back now.

So we thank them for coming.

And then we ask them to step back.

Step back.

Step back.

Step back.

So we know what it feels like for them to come into our presence.

And then for them to leave our presence.

Send them love for all their health.

So now we turn back towards where we came from.

And we go back down the pathway.

And we see our canoe waiting for us to head back to our first destination.

As we climb back into the canoe.

And we start paddling back.

Left.

Right.

Left.

Right.

Until we safely arrive back to our original destination.

And feeling blessed for making this connection.

Because your guide will always be with you.

So once again feeling our bodies in our chairs now.

With our back against the seat.

We slowly begin to come back.

Wiggling our toes.

Wiggling our fingers.

And slowly opening our eyes.

Coming fully back.

Fully back.

Rested.

And so excited that you have met your guide.
