This guided sleep meditation is designed to help you connect with God, Jesus, and the angels, bringing you into a state of serenity and deep rest. Before beginning this meditation, create a tranquil environment. Dim the lights, ensure your space is free from distractions, and settle into a comfortable position—either lying down or seated with your back supported. If you wish, light a candle or play soft instrumental music to enhance the atmosphere. Take a moment to close your eyes and breathe deeply. Inhale peace, exhale any tension.
