This soundtrack is for relaxation and sleep. Before beginning this meditation create a tranquil environment. Dim the lights, ensure your space is free from distractions, and settle into a comfortable position—either lying down or seated with your back supported. If you wish, light a candle or play soft instrumental music to enhance the atmosphere. Take a moment to close your eyes and breathe deeply. Inhale peace, exhale any tension.
