Hello,

My name is Thalwinder Sidhu and I'm the founder of Moon Meditation and this guided meditation is to help you initiate the transcendental journey.

Let's get started.

Close your eyes,

Inhale and exhale through your nose in a consciously controlled manner.

Start breathing to harness control.

If any aches,

Pains or any tension in the body arise,

Adjust your body and return to conscious breathing.

Now that you're in full control,

Initiate consciousness.

Inhale to expand the energetic field around you,

Exhale to contract the energy around you.

Inhale expand,

Exhale contract.

Inhale expand,

Exhale contract.

Inhale expand,

Exhale contract.

Inhale expand,

Exhale contract.

On the next inhale,

Roll your eyes up ever so gently to the center of your mind.

Ensure there is no tension and if you find yourself getting distracted,

Return to breath,

Harness control,

Initiate consciousness and roll your eyes up back towards the center of your mind.

Remember whatever thought,

Feeling or sensation is arising,

If it doesn't require your urgent attention,

Return to breath to detach,

Re-initiate consciousness and roll your eyes back up into your meditation.

For the last time,

Remember if it doesn't serve or enlighten you,

Breathe to detach,

Harness control,

Initiate consciousness and then roll your eyes back up into your meditation.

You've been meditating for 17 minutes,

Take a deep breath and it's time to descend back into your present body.

Inhale and exhale through your nose,

Settle your eyes,

Settle your body and just breathe consciously and comfortably for the next few minutes.

Feel your physical sensations,

Feel the world around you,

Sense it,

Absorb it,

Recognize that you are awakening into your experience of life and when you're ready,

You may open your eyes.

Welcome back!
