Hello everyone.
Welcome.
When you are ready,
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is essentially a declaration.
This meditation is designed to help you break free.
From a contract agreement.
Spiritual connection.
Anything that you might be bound to,
That you are ready to free yourself from.
This declaration is aligned with the highest and purest intention for all.
Answer.
When you already close your eyes.
And begin to think about what you are ready to free yourself from.
This could be a pattern,
A cycle,
A relationship.
A job.
Whatever it is.
And so beginning to breathe in and breathe out.
Feeling this energetic connection to whatever this is.
Beginning to feel how this connection might have caused you suffering or pain or struggle or it's just outdated.
And you are ready to upgrade.
And so I want you now to declare for yourself.
I deserve better.
I choose to free myself and I am ready for this.
And notice how these words make you feel.
Do you find that there is resistance?
Openness?
Whatever it may be,
Just.

.
And so we're going to visualize now a beautiful circle.
Of purple and red energy forming around you.
This circle holds the energies that are allowing you to release,
To heal,
To allow.
Bringing in that clarity,
That power,
That protection.
And that purity that is needed for us today.
And so visualizing this beautiful circle surround you.
Moving up and down now.
Allowing you to be in the center where you are focused and can feel these energies activate and surround you.
And so just taking a moment to feel,
To visualize and trust.
If you would like your inner vision to amplify.
See your third eye and visualize that eye opening up.
Allowing you to dive even deeper.
Into the subconscious.
And so the purple color represents the spiritual aspect of this.
It allows you to know that there is a spiritual connection,
Timeline,
Spiritual contract,
Agreement.
And the red.
Is the physical connection to the manifestation,
To the past.
And so just taking this moment to feel these energies.
To notice the difference.
And to allow yourself to relax even more in the circle.
Now we invite this timeline,
This energetic cord,
This contract to reveal itself.
And I want you to notice where in your body this contract lies.
So take this moment to really reflect upon what it is that you're ready to release and just notice the body.
You might feel heaviness,
You might see it in your mind's eye,
Or you just might know.
Trust yourself,
If you feel like you're making it up,
Let it be that.
And when you are ready see these energetic chords or contracts shooting out from your body.
Connected to whatever it is from your past,
From your future,
And from your present.
This is where you allow your inner vision and your imagination to take over.
There is no right or wrong,
However this appears to you,
Completely trust.
And I want you to dive into these energetic chords now.
I want you to see both the positive and the negative that they hold.
So let's begin by focusing first on the positive.
In what ways has this connection to this thing,
Experience,
Person,
Timeline created good in your life?
And so I want you to say to yourself,
Thank you for this.
Thank you for the gifts,
The blessings,
The abundance,
The experiences.
And in this declaration today,
We hold this connection,
This aspect of this agreement.
We wish for this to continue to grow and replace the negative.
And now focusing on the aspects of this connection that no longer serve you.
That are creating negative experiences,
Painful ones even,
Maybe for some of you.
And so as you breathe in and as you breathe out,
Ask yourself now.
What will it mean for you to release this?
In what ways will this set you free,
Shift your manifestations and your reality?
What doors will this open up for you?
That were never opened before.
And so today we declare this to ourselves that this timeline that is connected to this specific energy is going to be released.
That no longer holds any power in our present and therefore our future.
And so now let's begin the ritual.
Inviting our higher self to step forward,
Our spiritual team and the angelic realm to assist us in this declaration today.
Today we declare that this timeline is broken.
This contract dissolved.
From this timeline forward.
We no longer hold the negative aspects of this manifestation.
We give ourselves and our spiritual team full power to break it,
To release it,
To dissolve it now.
And so suddenly,
Above you now,
A beautiful,
Celestial,
Divine,
White light shines down upon you.
Surrounding you from head to toe.
And in this light a beautiful white cord moves down.
And it wraps itself around.
This energetic cord that you are attached to,
That you are bound to.
This light begins to glow and gets brighter and brighter and brighter.
Entering.
The Contracts.
Entering the timeline.
And you can begin to feel this light.
You can begin to feel the healing taking place right now.
We now declare ourselves free.
We now dissolve.
Break.
And heal fully.
And so it is,
And so it shall be,
For the highest and greatest good of all.
And see it,
Feel it.
This light begins to enter that energetic cord,
Healing,
Dissolving,
Breaking the chains that have been holding you back.
Feel that light,
That divine energy enter that energetic cord and empower the timeline that serves you.
And breaking all barriers.
That no longer does.
All you need to do is just breathe in and breathe out,
Feeling the shifts and allowing your inner vision to guide you.
Sudden waves of peace,
Of calm,
Of tranquility.
Begin to wash over you.
You feel lighter and lighter and more connected to yourself.
This feels right.
This feels good.
Allowing this sense of stillness and peace and oneness as if part of you are coming back home.
Everything.
Feels right again.
And so just continue with the breath as the healing continues to take place.
And now that your third eye is active,
