Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and simply listen to my voice.
Begin to follow your breath in and out,
Using your breath now to center,
To focus,
To align,
To be present.
And taking a moment now to become self-aware,
Just noticing what is out of alignment within you.
Maybe your thoughts are negative,
Heavy.
Maybe there are injuries and discomfort in your body.
Maybe both.
Really take a moment to feel,
To listen,
To become aware.
And just notice how you're reacting to these sensations,
To these emotions,
To these thoughts.
Do they create even more tension and stress or are you able to be a little calmer?
No expectation,
Just self-awareness here,
We're just observing.
Now we are going to connect to some higher frequency,
Some higher power that lives somewhere else.
We don't always have to have the answers and understand,
But trust,
Trust the frequency,
The energy that you will receive today.
And so I want you now to visualize a beautiful soft blue light shine above you,
Gently swirling around and around,
Moving down the top of your head,
Down.
And as this light begins to move down around you,
You begin to feel a sense of cool,
Calm energy moving down your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your hips,
All the way down to your upper legs,
Your knees,
All the way down to your feet.
Immediate shower of cool,
Soothing,
Quiet,
Peaceful energy.
And now I invite you to breathe in this light,
This energy invited into your heart,
Into your lungs.
Take a deep breath in and hold.
And when you let your breath out,
Just release a little bit of that stress and negativity.
Two more deep breaths in,
Deep breath in and hold.
And once again,
Let it go.
And last one,
Deep breath in and hold.
And let it go.
Gently and slowly returning to your natural breathing and feeling this frequency now moving in your chest,
In your body,
Spreading gently and lovingly.
And inviting now this frequency into your mind,
Allowing it to move around.
Once again,
Seeing this beautiful,
Blue,
Soft light soothing,
Calming and quietening down the mind.
And moving down your spine now,
Connecting to your nervous system,
Entering your spine.
Again,
This cooling,
Soft,
Peaceful,
Loving energy.
And now this light moves in and around your hips and your groin area,
Soothing,
Peaceful,
Quiet.
And down your legs,
All the way to the bottom of your feet.
Very gentle,
Very soothing,
Very calming.
And the more you connect to this frequency and become one with it,
The more you begin to let go and surrender.
Feeling your body getting lighter,
Also becoming more open.
Lighter and lighter and open.
Beginning to expand and awaken.
And once again,
Notice your thoughts,
Notice your reactions.
Continue observing,
Yet at the same time allowing.
Release any pressure to do this right.
Release any pressure to do this a certain way.
Simply enjoy this experience as it is for what it is.
And now bringing your focus to your breathing once again,
Continuing to breathe in this frequency and releasing any toxins.
For a few breaths now,
I want you really to connect to this,
Breathing in this blue light and breathing out a dark cloud.
If there are specific thoughts,
Sensations,
Emotions,
Memories,
Anything that is negative,
Intentionally release it.
The more you do this,
The more peace awakens within you.
And gently and slowly now,
This blue light begins to shift color,
Becoming a beautiful,
Shimmering white,
Soft,
Glowing light.
And you begin to feel waves of love,
Unconditional love.
This is the kind of love that we humans have yet to discover.
This is the love from source.
This is the love that we truly deep down desire and wish for.
And with each breath now,
This love expands and grows and begins also to spread throughout your entire body.
Into your mind,
Into your heart,
Into your hips,
Your feet,
Your hands,
Everywhere.
Waves of peace,
Of love,
Of support,
Of unconditional love.
And melting now into this light,
Becoming one with it,
Leaving your body completely.
Giving yourself full permission to expand beyond the limitations of the mind and just floating in this light.
You feel so safe,
So loved and so at peace here.
Absolute peaceful bliss.
Enjoy this.
Breathe it.
Feel it.
If you wish,
You can stay in this for as long as you like.
I will let the music play a little longer.
But when you feel called to,
Begin to slowly return.
And when you feel right,
When you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
