Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is designed to help you receive guidance and messages from your spiritual team.
This may be your angels,
Your higher self,
Your spirit guides or any other being that is working for you beyond the veil.
And so as you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
Just beginning to centre yourself,
Letting go,
Trusting the process.
Gently and lovingly opening yourself up to receiving,
To guidance,
To information.
And with each breath now breathing into your heart,
Into you,
Connecting to yourself as best as you can.
Listening to your rhythm,
To your energy,
To your essence.
Oftentimes messages from our spiritual team come in unexpected ways.
Through a synchronicity,
A sign,
An animal,
A symbol,
A thought,
It could be anything.
All you have to do is be open and receptive,
Not dismiss any messages as coincidence.
Just being open,
Essentially,
Be curious.
And so today we invite our spiritual team to connect with us on a whole new level.
We call them forth,
We invite them into our reality.
We allow you to send us messages however you desire.
To guide us,
To help us,
To allow us to find our truest and highest path and calling above all.
We deeply wish to receive your light,
Your energy,
Your wisdom.
With gratitude and love,
We thank you.
And so above you now just feeling this portal,
This light open up.
Like the clouds are parting from the sky so that the rays can break through and the light shines on you.
Gently washing over your body,
Immediately elevating your frequency and allowing you to feel tuned in and plugged in.
And so as you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
Gently letting go of any expectation.
Just feeling,
Just being,
Just listening.
And from this light,
New energies begin to emerge.
It almost feels as though your spiritual team are reaching out to you.
Placing their hands on your shoulders,
On your chest,
On your back,
As if you can feel them around you.
And as you connect,
You feel a sense of peace,
Of belonging,
A sense of being special.
And finally from this light,
A beautiful hand is placed upon your chest.
Immediately,
Your heart feels warm,
Loved,
Receptive,
Connected.
And as you are,
Just feeling,
Breathing,
Inviting.
And now another hand is placed on the top of your head.
And once again,
Warm energy melting down,
Opening up your mind,
Activating your mind.
And as these energies begin to merge into you,
You begin to let go even more.
Washing away the blocks,
The doubts,
The insecurities,
The fears,
The lower frequencies.
Any and all limiting beliefs that prevent you from fully receiving this divine connection.
And inviting in now your spiritual team to send you light and blessings.
To help you along your journey,
Along your day.
Helping you overcome obstacles,
To receive insightful guidance,
Answers.
So that you no longer feel as though you are alone.
You can feel their light,
Their presence,
Their words.
And everything will be channeled to you and through you.
So that you can experience this life in light.
And finally now you feel another hand being placed on your lower back.
Gently entering and connecting to all of your base chakras.
Your base chakra,
Your sacral and your solar plexus.
Repairing and restoring your energy fields.
Activating security,
Abundance and safety.
Allowing you to be yourself fully.
Before the programming,
Before the fears,
Before it all.
And so feeling this warm inviting light entering your body,
Your chakras.
Melting into you.
And just enjoying this now.
And from here now beginning to see your spine.
Feeling each vertebra.
As your spine now begins to glow.
Activate.
Activating sacred energies and frequencies within you.
Activating your sacred gifts.
Activating the channels that allow you to tune in and plug in to the beyond and within.
And so as you breathe in,
As you breathe out.
Just continue to visualize your spine glowing and beginning to pulsate this light.
At each pulse it emanates energies throughout your entire body now.
Healing and repairing other areas.
Aligning you even more.
Cleansing,
Clearing and activating your gifts.
And now feeling this pulsing light begin to ripple outside of you.
Reaching out into the world.
Connecting to the energies outside and influencing and affecting the energies outside of you.
You are now letting the world know who you are.
No longer allowing the world to tell you who you are.
Allowing our inner world to be more powerful than the outside world.
Aligned.
Alive.
In light.
And now we ask our team to send us anything that we need at this time.
Messages.
Energies.
Reprogramming.
Clearing.
Information.
Whatever it may be.
We thank you.
And so with this I invite you to place your hand above your heart and take a moment of gratitude.
For this moment.
Right here.
Right now.
I invite you to walk through your day in gratitude and in light.
Remembering that you have your team along with you on this journey and by your side.
And so it's time to return now.
So slowly,
Slowly bringing your awareness back.
Back to your body.
Beginning to deepen your breath.
To deepen your awareness back into the outside world.
Maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers slowly,
Slowly waking yourself up.
And when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
