Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.

And just connecting deeply to your breath,

Feeling your breath and as you breathe surrender just a little more.

Let go and expand your inner awareness.

Today's meditation is designed to help you visualize what it is that you wish to manifest.

So we are going to spend some time feeling,

Experiencing and connecting to that manifestation.

This is a type of meditation that you can do every single day until you manifest.

So take a moment to connect with what it is that you are ready to create in your life.

And so begin by asking yourself,

Why?

Why do you desire this manifestation?

In what ways will this bring you joy,

Fulfillment,

Happiness?

In what ways do you feel that this manifestation will add to your life?

We now call forth your spiritual team and your higher self to step forward to assist you in this guided meditation,

In this visualization.

We invite them to help us to amplify this manifestation,

To heal all of the blocks,

The resistance and the fears that are present in your conscious and subconscious mind when it comes to this manifestation.

Today,

In this moment,

We give ourselves full permission to surrender completely in this moment,

To completely experience,

To live,

To feel,

To embody this reality.

And so I want you now to visualize around you a beautiful circle of celestial white light.

This is a container of energy designed to help elevate your frequency and to speed up the manifestation process and to protect you.

This circle will also align you to receive guidance and information with flow and ease.

And so now picture a beautiful soft white light shine above you,

Gently flowing down and surrounding you.

And as this energy touches your skin,

You feel lighter,

Freer,

As if you are leaving this reality and connecting to some other realm,

Taking you to where that version of you exists,

Where they are living in this dream,

In this manifestation.

And slowly,

Slowly,

The reality around you begins to take shape and form.

And so begin to absorb this reality.

What do you see?

Where are you?

Are you inside?

Are you outside?

Are you moving around?

If you're outside,

What is the temperature in the air?

What is the weather like and what time of the day is it?

Take a deep breath in,

Breathing in the air around you,

Really feeling and smelling the scents that are all around you.

Feel the temperature on your skin really connect with your environment.

And if you're inside,

What are the smells,

The textures,

The colors that are around you?

Maybe touch a wall or a table or a chair,

Whatever you are drawn to,

And feel the texture on your skin.

Once again,

Smell the air,

Connect with your environment completely as if you are really there.

And now take a look at yourself.

What are the clothes that you are wearing,

The colors,

The textures,

How do they feel on your body and how do they make you feel?

And now take a moment to feel yourself in this environment,

Noticing your thoughts,

Your emotions,

What's about to happen and what has already happened.

How do you perceive yourself in this reality?

How do you feel about yourself?

What are your thoughts like?

And now take a moment to interact with others in this reality,

Noticing the people or person.

Once again,

What do they look like?

What are they wearing?

What does their energy feel like towards you?

What are they saying?

Just take it all in.

And now see yourself interacting fully,

Allowing yourself to play this movie in your mind.

Experiencing this reality,

Feeling,

Enjoying,

Expressing whatever comes up.

Noticing how people react to you,

Noticing how people look at you differently.

And now taking a moment of gratitude in this reality for what you have manifested,

For being there,

For experiencing this and noticing how being in this state is infectious towards others and influences others in a positive way.

And so now I want you to find a quiet place where you can be by yourself.

Once you find this space,

I invite you to sit quietly in meditation and declare to yourself,

I am so grateful that I have manifested this reality.

I am so,

So grateful for everything that I have in this moment.

I open my heart to receiving even more blessings,

Even more love and even more abundance.

I am so grateful to my spiritual team for assisting me on this journey and allowing me to get here.

I thank you,

I thank you,

I thank you.

I'm taking a moment now to really feel this abundance,

To really embody it and enjoy it.

Waves of love,

Of peace,

Of fulfillment just completely filling your whole being.

And as you continue meditating in that reality,

You begin to slowly,

Slowly bring yourself back to this reality where you are meditating now,

In this dimension.

Bringing that part of you back,

That reality with you,

Becoming one with it.

And slowly,

Slowly beginning to connect with your breath once again,

Connecting with your body.

Very gently and slowly returning back.

Take a deep breath in and let it all go.

If it feels right,

You can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and gently and slowly returning back.

There is no rush,

But when it feels right,

Open your eyes.
