Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel This is a very powerful manifestation meditation and I encourage you to use this meditation during a new moon And so if you haven't already,
Get yourself comfortable And I also invite you to take pen and paper to jot down anything that comes to you at the end of this meditation And as you close your eyes just beginning to follow your breath feeling your breath and centering yourself Gently and slowly letting go Surrendering expectations or anything that may restrict you at this time So invite yourself to be open and receptive to receiving information and to receiving the frequencies that you need at this time to manifest And when you're ready,
Place your hand above your heart Connect with your heart Connect with yourself Take a deep breath in And hold And let it go Now ask your heart What do I desire to manifest?
Now if you're not quite sure about something specific you can ask for a frequency and energy such as I desire to feel abundant I desire a wonderful miracle I desire more love Whatever resonates with you Ask,
Connect,
Request And once you find it,
Visualize an energy forming in your heart Maybe it's a bowl or a diamond or a flower Or whatever you see,
Trust This is the seed of your desire We now call forth the energies of the new moon to allow us to birth,
Activate and feed this dream,
The seed,
This wish into fruition We call upon the energies of this new moon to enter our hearts,
To connect with us so that we may find,
Align and activate our truest potential And so I want you to begin by visualizing a beautiful circle of silver light forming around you Glistening,
Glowing This frequency is designed to create a container around you so that you may receive the frequencies and the guidance from this new moon with ease and flow And now we call forth the energy of the moon Seeing a beautiful ray of light shining down,
Connecting to your heart Tuning in,
Plugging in to your desire We call forth now also our spiritual team to assist us in this manifestation,
In this meditation To help us,
To guide us And so just listening,
Just feeling,
Just being present And now that beautiful beam of light begins to grow brighter Activating your heart,
Activating your desire And beginning to feel the energy expand in your chest Beautiful shapes and colors are beginning to form in your chest,
Around this seed,
Around this desire Trust what you see,
Trust what you feel And now,
See your spiritual team stand around you,
Supporting you during this meditation And all of them now raise their hands,
The palm of their hands facing you And beams of light from the palm of their hands begin to emerge and enter your heart You can feel the energy,
The power,
The healing and the love Activating your heart chakra even more,
And this desire And now just focus on your breath,

The sacred codes that live in my DNA,
In my energy field Today I release all blocks and insecurities that hold me back from manifesting Today I remember who I really am,
And that I have the power to co-create with the universe That I am an infinite being,
Made of energy Today I bless my path,
