Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Taking a moment to center yourself,
Following your breath and gently and slowly getting yourself into a relaxed state.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Gently and slowly letting go,
Surrendering anything that does not serve you at this time.
And taking a moment to check in with yourself,
How do I feel today,
What do I need,
How can I serve others and myself today.
Today's meditation is designed to help you release any blocks,
Any energetic ties to anything that is holding you back from your manifestation.
So knowing that you are on the path of creating something beautiful,
Something powerful for yourself,
Understand that there are aspects of ourselves that may be in contradiction to this desire.
Maybe there are subconscious fears,
Insecurities,
Programmings that hold us in lack and away from that desire.
And so today we are going to work with the angelic realm to release those blocks,
To heal those wounds and to reprogram our subconscious mind.
And so beginning by setting the intention of that desire,
So what is it that you have been trying to manifest.
Just reconnecting with that desire,
Reactivating those frequencies in you and around you.
And so before we begin we are going to cast a protection circle of celestial light around you.
So visualizing that beautiful celestial holy light surrounding the space that you are in,
Elevating the frequency and containing high energy.
This container allows you to connect with the angelic realm,
Making you feel safe,
Protected and guided.
And now we call forth the angelic realm to step forward,
To connect with us,
To heal us and to send us frequencies,
Energies and healings that will help us heal,
Release and transform these blocks.
Today we give the angelic realm full permission and full access.
We open ourselves to the angels to receive their blessings,
Their love and their light now.
And now suddenly above you a beautiful white celestial light appears and in that light a being appears,
An angel.
You may see them in their full form,
You may see them as light or you may just feel their presence,
Trust how they appear to you.
And as they present themselves,
They stand before you with their arms open and you can feel a wave of their loving energy.
Suddenly you are surrounded by their light,
By their love,
By their presence.
And take a moment now to present to them your desire,
Your manifestation and also present to them the things that you may be aware of that are blocking you.
Dear angel,
I ask for your help and for your healing today.
I invite you to help me manifest this desire.
I believe that the reason why I have not been able to manifest this is due to subconscious blocks,
Energetic blocks and anything else that I may or may not be aware of.
And so I humbly ask for your love,
For your healing and for your light,
For your guidance and for your assistance today.
Please help me so that I may manifest this desire that's been living in my heart for so long and that deep down I truly know I am worthy of.
I invite you to make this easy,
Accessible and joyous for me.
And as the angel receives your message,
They smile and now they open their arms,
Sending you the healing,
Sending you the blessings,
Sending you all that you need at this time.
Simply bathe in this healing,
Receive their love,
Their light.
Say yes to it all.
Say yes to this manifestation,
Dropping away all of the negativity and blocks.
Feeling lighter,
Feeling open and receptive,
Feeling blessed.
And now a feather appears before you,
Floating as the angel disappears.
And gently that feather moves forward,
Connecting with your chest and merging with your chest.
And gently entering your heart,
A final gift,
A final blessing from your angel.
You feel immediate tranquility,
Immediate peace and a sense of knowing,
Complete love,
Trust.
And now I want you to take a moment to place your hand above your heart and repeat these affirmations.
I am worthy of this manifestation.
I am worthy of joy,
Love,
Abundance and happiness.
I give myself permission to heal the blocks,
The fears and the insecurities that hold me back from my desire.
I am worthy,
I am a winner and I believe in myself.
I accept all of the blessings and guidance from my angel.
I accept all of the gifts,
Love,
Joy and abundance from my manifestation.
I give my inner child the truth,
The healing and the love.
And I give myself now the truth,
The healing and the love.
I surrender completely to the field of possibilities and I embrace the miracles that are unfolding.
I am worthy,
I am worthy,
I am worthy.
And taking a moment of gratitude now for this blessing,
Taking a moment of gratitude for this angel and for this miracle that has taken place today.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Giving yourself permission now to slowly,
Slowly return back.
Feeling your body,
Feeling your breath.
Maybe begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers gently,
Giving yourself permission to expand your awareness outwardly.
Give yourself all the time you need to return.
But when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
