Hello everyone and welcome.
Whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and,
Of course,
Listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is designed to help you speak to your inner child.
Little you that might have gone through some challenging times and may be still struggling to heal.
And so today I want you to embody a parental figure for them,
To show them that they are safe now with you.
To help you restore that peace,
That deep,
Deep subconscious programming,
To clear it and to transform it into something that is beautiful and peaceful.
So wherever you are right now,
I just want you to begin to follow your breath,
Relax the body and just listen as you tune in and begin to set your intention to connect to your inner child.
And so we're going to channel this towards a very specific emotional block,
Experience that you are facing at this time in your life.
So you can come back and do this meditation multiple times for different issues and different blocks.
And if there is something specific that you know is connected to your inner child,
Then choose that or allow it to come to you.
And so as you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
Just focus,
Allow it to come to the surface and if you're not quite there yet,
Just place your hand on your heart and ask yourself,
What issue am I currently facing that is connected to my wounded inner child?
And listen.
And now,
Beginning to release the physical vessel,
Letting go of any expectation,
Letting go of any attachments,
Just beginning to float away.
And connecting to your heart now,
Just listening,
But not with your ears,
We're listening with our energy,
With our emotions.
And now trusting our inner vision,
Trusting ourselves,
As we allow ourselves to dive deeper and deeper into this memory,
Into this moment,
Into this feeling,
As we now invite that inner child to reveal themselves,
Allowing us to go back,
Back in time to where all of this started,
Where it began.
And so just seeing yourself going through a tunnel,
Through space and time in your mind,
However that appears,
Back,
Back to the root cause of this issue,
Of this block and reminding yourself that you are safe,
You are protected,
You are strong.
And you finally arrive and wherever you are,
I want you to take a moment to look down at your feet and just look at the shoes that you are wearing,
The color,
The size,
How old are you?
Looking at your clothes and then beginning to look around your surroundings.
Where are you?
And if you feel like you're making this up,
Just let it be that,
Just go with it.
And what do you feel in this moment,
In this time?
What is coming up that is connected to this issue,
To this wound?
And I want you to allow yourself to experience this memory as it was.
If it is too scary,
Just trust yourself and allow yourself to be protected throughout it.
Just maybe have a moment of stepping back,
But I promise you,
You're going to feel better.
But we need to be aware of what the issue is.
And I want you now maybe to say to yourself or out loud,
What are the emotions that you are experiencing?
Could be frustration,
Sadness,
Abandonment,
Abuse,
Neglect.
Whatever it may be,
Just notice.
Amazing work.
Okay,
So now we're going towards the feel good.
So wherever you are as a child now,
We're going to call forth your spiritual team and the light,
The healing light that is connected to the creator,
To source,
To all.
And so wherever this child is,
Wherever you are,
Visualizing this beautiful circle of white light,
Shine down upon you and surround you from head to toe.
This light allows you now to feel an immediate sense of peace and calmness and security.
You are now deeply connected to the higher realms and your surroundings begin to fade away and you find yourself in the light,
Peaceful,
Joyful,
Nothing to worry about.
And as your present self,
Now you are going to show up and connect to little you,
But you are seeing yourself for the first time from their perspective.
And when they see you,
They see you,
The light,
The power,
The strength,
The courage,
And they feel safe.
You embrace one another and there is an immediate sense of connection and unconditional love,
Warmth,
And safety.
And now your present self,
I want you to see them tell little you everything they need to know,
Everything that will make them feel loved and seen and valued.
The words they wish they had,
The experience they wish they had.
Now it's your chance to heal them with your light.
Tell them how much you love them,
How much you value them,
Let them know how important they are.
Not only that,
But now you are telling them that they will never ever have to go back to that place.
Moving forward,
You will protect them,
You will love them,
You will keep them safe.
Tell them everything that they deserve,
Everything they needed to hear in this moment,
Say it and receive it.
And notice how you are seeing your present self,
How much love you feel for them,
How deeply healing and connecting this moment is,
How safe you feel.
And now your present self invites you to come home,
Back home to them.
And whenever you're ready,
You embrace once again,
Beginning now to merge with one another as you become a ball of light and enter the heart of your present self.
In this heart,
You have everything and all that you've ever wanted and ever needed.
You are safe,
You are protected,
You are loved,
You are abundant.
This is the most magical place for you to be.
And now as yourself,
As you are meditating right here,
Place your hand on your heart and connect to little you.
Feel their joy,
Feel how much love and light and peace they're living in right now.
And just notice how you react to this,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your energy.
I want you to remember that at any point you have the power to reparent yourself.
You have the strength to do what is right moving forward and knowing that they are now safe in you forever.
And so with that,
Taking a moment of gratitude,
Taking a moment of peace,
As we are now going to begin the journey back very gently and very slowly.
So beginning to deepen the breath,
To gently begin to wake yourself up,
Maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Give yourself a stretch if you need,
And of course,
When it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
