Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Just taking a moment now to connect with your breath,
Connect with your body,
Your energy,
Just scanning your body from head to toe.
Visualize a beautiful soft emerald green light wash over you from the top of your head moving down.
Moving down your eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your mouth.
Your jaw just melting away all of that tension,
Relaxing your body even more.
Moving down your neck,
Your shoulders,
Down,
Down your chest,
Your shoulder blades.
Just feeling,
Allowing and inviting this soothing green emerald light to heal,
To allow and to relax.
Moving down your forearms,
Into your wrists,
Your hands,
All the way to your fingertips.
Feeling all of those muscles just melt away.
Going back to your stomach,
Your middle back,
Your lower back,
Your hips and your groin area.
Just feeling this energy move and swirl around your body,
Allowing every muscle to release and let go.
Washing away any negativity,
Any toxicity and just allowing yourself to be in a complete state of peace.
Relaxing your legs,
Your knees,
Your shins and your calves.
Down into your ankles,
The top of your feet and the soles of your feet.
Finding yourself now completely surrounded by this emerald green,
Soft,
Loving,
Gentle energy.
Feeling this energy healing your body,
Washing away any heaviness,
Toxicity or negativity.
Allowing yourself to be in an absolute state of relaxation and peace.
And as you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
You connect even more to this energy.
And now this energy begins to move down like an energetic cord into the ground below you.
Moving down,
Down into the ground through the earth and allowing it now to connect to Mother Earth.
Anchoring you into the ground and allowing you to receive the love,
The blessings from Mother Earth.
Inviting now an energetic connection.
Today we call forth the angelic realm to assist you and to heal you.
Essentially to release any blocks,
Any obstacles or subconscious beliefs that are holding you back.
This meditation is specifically designed to help you manifest what you desire,
What you want.
Allowing the angelic realm to help you make the changes and the transformation that you need to complete this manifestation.
To uplift your reality and walk in your path.
And so calling down their healing,
Their light.
And gently around you now you see a circle of celestial white light forming.
This energy field is creating a portal allowing you to move through dimensions.
And so as this light surrounds you,
You begin to feel lighter and lighter.
Releasing this 3D reality,
This vessel.
And above you now a beam of white light shines down.
Surrounding you and allowing you now to completely let go and be transported.
You are now floating in this divine white light.
Surrounded by it completely.
You feel safe,
You feel protected,
You feel free.
And gently and slowly now that white light dims down as you find yourself lying down in a field.
You can smell the fresh grass,
The gentle breeze washing over you.
The clear blue sky and the birds flying above.
And as you sit up and look around you,
There are butterflies,
Flowers,
An enchanted place.
Allow your imagination to go as far and as wild as you desire.
If you wish to see creatures from another dimension,
Trust your imagination.
Here you are free to see,
To allow and to be.
You finally stand and see a path leading you into a forest and so you follow it.
As you enter this forest,
You can feel the soft moss underneath your feet.
You can smell the nature around you,
So beautiful,
So perfect.
As you continue to walk,
You begin to hear the birds chirping.
You can see the animals roaming around as you notice each plant.
As you look up,
You see the rays of the sun breaking through the leaves,
Gently touching and warming your skin.
Take a moment now to just enjoy this forest,
Peaceful,
Loving.
So magical,
So perfect.
You see an opening ahead and you walk towards it.
As you walk through it,
You see a big lake at the bottom of the hill with a huge willow tree beside it.
Standing by that willow tree,
You see someone standing there.
You begin to walk closer and closer.
And the closer you get,
The more at home,
At peace and welcomed you feel.
As you arrive,
You are welcomed by your guardian angel.
They are smiling and welcoming you with open arms,
So excited to have you here.
Taking a moment now to connect with them and just notice what features you see.
The color of their hair,
Their eyes,
Their energy.
Do they have wings or no wings?
Just taking it all in with an open heart.
And now it's time.
They hold your hands and they begin to guide you towards the lake as they enter with you.
Feeling the cool water moving up your legs all the way to your waist.
You feel completely safe here as they gently now lift you up,
Placing both their hands on your back to help you float.
As you are staring up at the beautiful sky,
Just taking all of this in,
In complete trust and peace.
You begin to let go,
You begin to feel the energy of this realm.
Your angel now places one hand above your chest where your heart is and one underneath it.
And as they do this,
Their hand and the water around you begins to glow a beautiful golden light.
This energy is powerful,
Healing.
Now the healing has begun as you gently feel the weight,
The pain,
The programming wash away.
Allowing yourself to finally let go.
Just notice what comes up,
What emotions,
What thoughts,
What sensations,
Maybe even memories.
Give yourself permission to let it all go,
To surrender completely,
To let go of the old energies.
Allowing yourself to receive more and more.
As you do this,
You begin to feel the love,
The support from your angel.
The unconditional love.
And as they complete this healing,
They whisper something to you.
Trust what you feel and hear.
Now that the healing is complete,
That golden light fades down and they stand you back up in the lake.
They take your hand and begin to guide you outside of the water.
As you walk out,
You notice that you are wearing a completely new outfit,
A white gown.
Soft material fits perfectly on your body.
You feel like you are reborn,
Fresh and ready.
The angel now guides you towards the willow tree and invites you to sit down,
Placing your back on the trunk of the tree.
And now,
In this reality,
You close your eyes and you enter another level,
A meditative state inside your mind.
As you do this,
The angel will place their hand above your third eye,
Sending you more healing and sacred codes.
And just taking a moment here to notice what you see,
What you feel and what comes up.
And now,
In your mind's eye,
The light returns,
That divine celestial white light.
It gets brighter and brighter and brighter and suddenly you find yourself back in that portal of light.
Floating in that frequency with ease and peace.
As this portal now gently begins to bring you back to your body,
To this reality.
And slowly,
Slowly that light dims down as you gently begin to feel your body,
The temperature of the air on your skin and your lungs expand and contract.
Slowly returning back,
Slowly bringing yourself back.
And now the light has completely faded away as you are now back in your body,
Back in this reality.
When you are ready,
Call back that green energy that was connected to Mother Earth,
Sealing this healing.
And when you're ready,
Begin to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Gently and very slowly bringing yourself back.
Please take your time,
But when it feels right,
You can open your eyes.
