Hello everyone,
Welcome.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and begin to follow your breath.
Just giving yourself permission now to relax as best as you can and diving deeper and deeper,
Surrendering to the moment,
To your breath and to this meditation.
Today's meditation is designed for you to awaken the inner God,
To connect to that voice that is one with everything,
All-knowing.
You have so much power and potential within you and sometimes we just need to connect,
Remind ourselves of our own divinity,
Our own power.
And so when you think of God,
Source or the Creator,
What comes to mind?
Peace,
Unconditional love.
What is it that you feel in your heart that this archetype represents?
And what does it mean to you to connect to your inner God or Goddess?
Who are they?
What are they?
And what does it mean for you to reach them,
To be one with them?
And above all,
You are here for a reason,
Oftentimes because you might be seeking some help,
Healing or love.
And so set an intention that this inner God of yours can help you with,
Can help you achieve,
Receive and activate.
Be clear and take this moment to reflect upon this.
Amazing.
So let's begin.
Visualizing now a beautiful circle of white light forming around you.
This is a very powerful celestial energy.
As it surrounds you,
It begins to glisten and glow around you,
Moving up and down.
This energy is creating a powerful container within where you are,
Allowing you to receive,
Activate and flow with ease,
To tune in and plug into this God energy without effort,
Without fear.
And so with a grateful heart,
With an open mind and a connected spirit,
Seeing your energy within this activate.
Illuminate.
It's as if your aura begins to get brighter and glow,
Shining,
Aligning.
And as you light up,
You begin to feel your energy shift completely,
Feeling lighter,
More expansive,
More empowered.
Anything and all that weighed you down or made you suffer is gone,
Just like that.
And you have a sense of peace,
Of presence,
Of power.
And from here now,
Your energy begins to move up into the sky,
Reaching up into the heavens and connecting to the energy of the creator,
Of God or the goddess.
It's as if you're tuning in and plugging into them and they receive you with open arms.
As you connect,
You begin to feel yourself being taken far,
Far away,
As if your soul is traveling now through another realm,
Finding its way back home to them.
And so,
However this appears to you,
However your imagination or your inner vision wishes to show you this,
The home where God lives.
And you are greeted by them.
Their presence,
Their love,
Their infinite being is standing right in front of you.
Your heart immediately explodes with love and gratitude.
Your energy is purified and you are in heaven.
As you look into the eyes of the creator,
So much love,
So much unconditional love is being showered upon you now.
Just lose yourself for this moment.
Allow yourself to be in their presence.
And taking this moment now to let God know of what you need help with.
This is not about begging or asking for forgiveness.
This is all a moment to speak your truth in authenticity and in openness.
They see you completely as you are.
They have no judgment.
So there is no need to approach them with fear.
Just be.
And now that you have sent your request,
God receives as they spread their arms wide open and a glow of light forms around them.
They are in this moment healing,
Activating and solving for you.
And now they walk up to you and with a smile,
They say,
My child,
You have all the answers,
The gifts and the solutions within you.
I want you to remember this and I want you to remember who you are.
In my eyes you are perfect.
You are complete.
And now the creator places their hand on your third eye.
As they touch this,
A light,
An awakening is happening within you now.
You suddenly now remember who you are.
You suddenly remember everything before this life.
You are now finally awakened.
God has just reminded you of your own powers,
The God within you.
And so you can see yourself in this light,
In this energy and feel yourself in this light and in this energy.
The unconditional love that you have for yourself now and for life.
The unconditional love that you have for this imperfect world and others.
And so taking this moment to embrace,
To feel,
To be.
In this moment as you are blessed,
I want you to remember how your blessing can become the greatest blessing of others.
As you uplift your energy and your frequency,
You uplift the energy and the frequency of those around you.
Because you are one.
You are all.
And so wherever you are now,
Just bathing in this peace,
Bathing in this light.
As you gently and slowly return back through that portal.
As your spirit begins its journey back to the body.
But you are returning back with this wisdom,
With this power and with this light.
Not only that,
But your entire life will no longer be the same after today,
After this moment right here,
Right now.
In this moment,
You are one with God.
And so just being in gratitude and in peace.
And feeling the blessings,
The light and the love.
And with this light and with this love,
I invite you now to send it out to the people that are connected to you,
To your intention.
Everything and all as when they meet you,
They too can receive a piece of this light and love.
As they meet you,
You awaken the God within them and you remind them of who they are and what they are capable of.
You are now the miracle of life,
A blessing to all.
And so in this light,
In this power,
We are going to begin the journey back to an awakened state.
Take a few deep breaths,
Expanding your awareness.
Expanding,
Maybe wiggling your toes and your fingers,
Whatever you need to do right now.
Take your time and when it feels right,
Awaken.
