Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel. Let's begin, Close your eyes, Get yourself in a comfortable position and just listen to my voice. Take a moment to roll your shoulders, Your neck, Just relax your body, Invite it to release any tension. And I invite you now to bring focus at the soles of your feet, Moving up, Up your ankles, Your shins, Your calves, All the way to your knees. And as you scan, Just notice, See what your mind's eye wishes to reveal to you and invite your body to let go and relax. Moving up your legs all the way to your hips and your groin area now, Your buttocks. Moving up your stomach, Your lower back, Your middle back, All the way up to your chest and your shoulders. And melting down your arms, Down to your elbows, Your forearms, To the palm of your hands. Returning back to your shoulders, Up your neck, Up your mouth, Your jaw, Your ears, Nose, Eyes, All the way up and up until you reach the top of your head. And just listen, Just feel, Connecting to your body, Connecting to this powerful, Beautiful vessel that carries us in this lifetime. And if you can, Taking a moment of appreciation for your body, No matter what state it is in, Understanding that it is doing its best and so are you. And so today we're going to activate sacred codes that are within you. We're going to unlock sacred frequencies and energies that you may not be aware of. And so if you can now, With your mind's eye, Begin to look inside yourself, Inside your body, As if you could have x-ray vision. You can see your bones, Your muscles, Your blood, Your nervous system, Just becoming aware of the internal mechanisms. And I invite you to begin with your bone structure, Just taking a scan from head to toe. And as you scan, Just notice anything that comes to your attention and even if it feels like you're making it up, Just trust. And so today we call forth your spiritual team, Your higher self and the cosmic energies of this reality and beyond. We invite these powerful frequencies now. We invite them down from above to connect to the structure of our system. And so visualizing above you this energetic cord moving down, Down. This beautiful blue energy and it gently connects to the top of your head. And like the roots of a tree spreads and connects to your skull, Particles of this energy enter your bone structure, Slowly allowing that blue energy to enter your bones. And seeing particles of this blue light gently moving down your body, Down your spine, Down your ribs, Your arms, All the way to your feet. Just like glowing energy, Glowing blue lights. This light is pulsating, Moving down and up now, Returning back up into that energetic cord. And just being in silence now for a few seconds as you feel this energy activate your bone structure, Heal anything, Strengthening your bone structure. Moving out a little bit, Moving out to your nervous system, Seeing the entire nervous system everywhere spread out through your entire body. And once again, A new energetic cord moves down. This time it's the color red, Down, Down, Connecting once again, Entering and spreading like the roots of a tree into your nervous system. Feeling this powerful energy pulsating and moving down your body, Connecting to every nerve in your system. Seeing your nervous system now pulsating this beautiful, Powerful red frequency, Activating sacred energies that allow you to feel safe, Allow you to feel at peace and empowered. And now visualizing a white energy moving down, Down and connecting once again to your blood, Entering your blood vessels, Your arteries and connecting to the flow of your blood. This energy is purifying, Cleansing your blood system. And so seeing a pulsating light, White energy in your bloodstream now. And one final energetic cord moving down, A beautiful emerald green color. Once again, Connecting, Spreading down into your muscles, Activating the strength of your muscles, Repairing, Healing and allowing you to feel rested and relaxed. And so continuing to visualize all of these energies and these frequencies pulsating in you, Healing your body. We now invite our spiritual team to assist us in activating the sacred codes in our DNA, Allowing us to align with our gifts, Allowing us to activate the power of the divine frequency that lives within us. And so now above a final gold energy moves down, Entering your system, Moving down and connecting to your heart. Once it reaches your heart, It begins to pulsate powerfully, This golden energy, This light, This frequency expanding now throughout your entire body, Connecting to all of the other frequencies and mixing with them, Mixing all of the colors now, Allowing to rewire and activate your codes now. And as you invite this, Just notice what comes to the surface. Notice if there is any information, Anything at all. Just continue to see that golden energy pulsating powerfully and now expanding a little outside of you, Influencing your aura and your energy field. Continue to breathe, Continue to receive. And as this activation takes place, Noticing each cord above gently fading away until it reaches the gold energy and that fades away too, Allowing you just to be now. And so breathing in and breathing out as all these frequencies settle in now and just taking a moment of gratitude as you now declare for yourself, I give the sacred energies within me full permission now to come to the surface, To reveal themselves, To be activated fully, To align with my highest and greatest purpose, My highest and greatest path now. I claim this so it is done and so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all. And finally, Beginning to slowly, Slowly bring yourself back now, Returning back with this power, With this light, With this energy, Trusting that throughout your day, Your week, Your week, Information is going to come to you. So returning back to your breath now, Deep breath in, Deep breath out and slowly expanding your awareness outwards, Feeling the temperature in the air, Becoming aware of your surroundings. When it feels right, I invite you to wiggle your toes and your fingers. Slowly and gently open your eyes.
