Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself comfortable and begin to follow your breath in and out.
Just noticing if there is any tension in your body,
Any stress,
Any anxiety.
And intentionally allow your breath to release any of that tension,
Any of that stress by breathing in and letting it go on the out breath.
In,
Let it go.
Again.
In,
Let it go.
One more time.
In and let it all go.
Just inviting in the stillness,
The quiet,
Being at peace with what is,
How it is.
And let's begin by focusing on your base chakra between your groin.
Visualize a beautiful red disc or ball and activate that energy.
And from that ball it moves up just underneath your belly button to your second chakra,
The orange.
Visualize a beautiful orange ball or disc being activated.
And now another cord moves up to your solar plexus,
Your third chakra,
The color yellow.
Activating that chakra and moving up to your heart,
Your heart chakra,
A beautiful green color.
Activating that chakra and moving up to your throat.
Beautiful royal blue color.
Activating that chakra and moving up to your third eye.
Activating that chakra,
A beautiful indigo.
And finally moving up to your crown chakra.
Beautiful purple and activating that chakra.
We are now going to ask and invite all of these chakras to shoot up and find your star chakra.
A beautiful white and silver light that floats above your head.
Connecting to that chakra and activating this chakra.
Feeling balanced,
Feeling ready,
Feeling activated and feeling aligned.
Saying yes to these energies.
Inviting all of these chakras to balance themselves,
To clear out any negativity,
Any toxicity.
Inviting them to create and activate energies within you that serve you,
That heal you,
That empower you and that allow clarity.
And we're going to sit now for a moment in silence feeling all of these energies being healed,
Being aligned and activated.
And now calling down your higher self to assist us in this healing,
In this activation process.
And visualizing a beautiful gold light swirling down.
Surrounding your star chakra and the cord that is attached to all of your chakras.
Just moving down down through each chakra,
Through each energy field,
Through each cord.
Wrapping itself around it.
All the way down to your base chakra.
Connecting us to divine frequency,
Divine possibilities and aligning our energy to the highest and purest intention.
Inviting new energies and new frequencies that allow us to tap into the field of infinite possibilities and opportunities.
We invite this energy to assist us in finding our purpose,
In finding our calling and in allowing us to create and manifest miracles in our lives.
We invite this frequency to allow us to meet people,
Places and things with the highest and purest intention.
Just breathing and feeling the electricity moving through every part of your body,
Through every energy field,
Through every chakra.
And feeling this light pulsating,
Cleansing and clearing any chromatic patterns that are unwanted and unwelcome.
Inviting the highest and the purest frequency to connect with your chakras and with your heart and who you are.
Inviting wonderful experiences into your life.
A field of infinite possibilities and miracles.
And now declaring this to be your energy,
Your frequency.
Inviting this to be part of who you are.
Inviting this to be your reality.
Gently,
Gently,
That beautiful gold light dissolves.
Leaving you more powerful,
More activated than ever.
Allowing the energies to wake up every cell within you.
Allowing you to be a radiant light.
Everywhere you go today you will create love,
You will create blessings and abundance.
