COURSE

Learn the Hanuman Chalisa and Witness the Matchless Power of Devotion

With Melody Litton (Jyoti Ma)

Learn the stories of Sita, Ram and Hanuman, the beloved Monkey Deity who is celebrated for his courage, strength, and devotion. Through these stories we will laugh and we will cry. As we learn and journey together through this practice of Bhakit Yoga, we will not only fall more deeply in love with Sita, Ram & Hanuman, but we will fall more deeply in love with Love, with the Divine Love within ourselves. As we share these stories that exemplify and embody Divine qualities, we will begin to witness the impossible becoming possible in our lives. After getting to know these beautiful characters and better understanding how they relate to us, we will practice the Hanuman Chalisa together line by line. This 40 verse ode to Hanuman is a life long practice that will return us to the Divine within ourselves again and again, awakening us to the Divine qualities, powers, and strength that lie dormant until activated through the power of devotion. Become Your Truest Self through the Stories of Sita, Ram & Hanuman.

Oh my word. That took a lot and it was worth it! It bright up a lot. For me I don't know how to sing the chalisa except Jai Jai Jai Hanuman... Hanuman. Which is enough for now. It felt like it was always about one foot away from sinking all the way in. I'm just really full right now with a lot of other work I'm doing at the same time. However now that I'm through the course I do feel in my heart a desire to print out the words and redo the course here and there as I feel like I get it now, I went through and heard it all and now it's time for me to try on my own with the course. That was a lot of work to release and I want to appreciate that effort and acknowledge it too! ✌️♥️
