Noticing the parts of the body that are connected to Mother Earth.

You can send your breath there,

Allowing your roots to grow strong.

The energy to flow between Mother Earth and yourself,

Yourself and Mother Earth.

You are supported.

You are being held.

Soften and relax.

Each exhale is going to allow you to release and let go.

Creating some space for more light to enter the body.

Crown of the head is open to receive source energy.

Your heart is open.

The heart is connected to the hearts in the room.

You connect it to the angels,

Your thighs,

Your masters.

Those who have come before us,

Those who have come after us.

Allow yourself to breathe fully.

Knowing you are supported.

You are safe.

And you are exactly where you need to be.
