Michael is an author, speaker, meditation teacher, certified coach, and burnout survivor. As a Mindset/Alignment and Burnout Coach, he helps people slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. After experiencing burnout firsthand, he turned to mindfulness as a way to rebuild awareness, clarity, and balance. That experience now shapes everything he teaches. He focuses on mindfulness, stress relief, and burnout recovery, using meditation as a practical tool rather than something complicated or mystical. His guidance is simple, grounded, and realistic for everyday life. Michael is certified by the Meditation Organization under the direction of Kevin Ellerton in New York City. He is also a certified coach through the Flow Coaching Institute in Toronto, Canada, and the founder of Wayfinder Coaching Canada, where he supports clients in reconnecting with their values and inner direction. Love this one.. might be better with a backtrack of ocean waves and perhaps a seagull or two., however also great as it is.. very enjoyable. Thank you.
