In this exercise, you will be using a technique from Yoga Nidra called the Rotation of Consciousness. Similar to a body scan, you will place your awareness or visualize various parts of the body. This practice, however, is more rapid than a body scan. This exercises is intended for a quick reset to ground back into the body and release anxiety. This exercise may be done at any point in the day, but may be supportive to helping you sleep.
