Just taking a moment to feel what's around you,
What surfaces may be touching your body,
Floor,
Couch,
Chair,
Just seeing if you can lengthen your spine a little bit and connect to your breath.
And then just beginning the hum with a gentle inhale into your nose.
As you exhale,
Letting the sound ride out and doing a few more of those,
Not worrying about how it sounds,
But just allowing the sound to ride out on top of the breath.
Nice and easy.
You can continue to do that,
To repeat this track or just to stay as you are.

Long exhale,
Letting the sound just ride out on top,
Noticing any sensations,
Vibrations that the humming offers the rest of your body.
