Oh yeah,

Welcome to this breath beat session for a quick and efficient mind and body reset.

It's very simple.

First we breathe slowly,

Then we double the pace,

And after that we just breathe out,

We let go,

Stay in stillness and no breathing for 40 seconds.

We're gonna do three rounds of this,

And when we breathe we do full active in-breaths,

In through the nose,

Down to the belly,

And then release out through your mouth.

The whole session takes around seven minutes,

So instead of doomscrolling on your phone whenever you feel restless or you're overthinking or you just want to clear your head and have a quick reset,

This is a very efficient way to get present and grounded again.

So just sit comfortably,

Put a little smile on your face,

And enjoy the most natural thing in the world,

Your breathing,

Your breath.

Get intimate with your breath.

So first round,

Here we go in three,

Two,

One.

And whenever you get agitated,

Just remember to slow down and also remember to smile.

It makes your body produce feel-good hormones.

Do this even when no one is around.

It's such a life hack.

Do it just for you.
