So getting really comfortable,

Feeling the weight of your body where it's meeting the ground,

The earth,

The floor,

The chair,

Wherever your body is meeting gravity,

Just being with the weightiness of ourselves,

Of our matter,

Also ourselves,

And allowing the force of gravity and that weight of our matter to be a part of our relief,

Be a part of our letting go,

To be a part of us surrendering to the great mystery,

The divine intelligence that is.

And once we feel really grounded,

We're going to go on an adventure.

We're going to imagine ourselves in a field,

Any type of field can be somewhere you've been before and you recognize,

Somewhere brand new,

Just seeing yourself in a field and noticing a path.

I want you to look around and take it all in.

Is it light out?

Is it evening?

Do you feel the sun on your skin?

Do you see any animals or creatures around you?

Any flowers or trees?

Just noticing our surroundings.

We're going to follow the path at our own pace.

Maybe you want to feel your feet on the ground.

Maybe you want to reach out and touch a part of nature.

We're going to make our way down this path.

And we're going to keep going until we see a bench.

It can be any bench,

Somewhere to sit,

An area,

A rest stop.

We're going to sit on the bench and take it all in.

Now I want you to see if there's somebody approaching the bench,

Maybe waiting on the bench that you didn't notice.

This can be a version of yourself.

Maybe there are multiple beings approaching the bench.

This is your sacred space.

If you're able to connect with another being,

It's up to you how you want to approach them.

Do you want to open and receive their energy?

Do you want to hold their hand?

If there are multiple beings,

Maybe you want to have more benches or an area where you can sit together and commune.

This is really about communion.

Communing with whoever and whatever being or energy wants to meet you in this space.

I'm going to give you all a few minutes to be here in this space.

If you want to call in support like an animal guide or a resource for yourself,

Please do.

And I'm going to give you a few minutes to connect with these beings that want to be in a space with you.

We're going to practice really being with ourselves,

Noticing our surroundings,

Our sensations,

And also receiving what wants to be shown,

What wants to be said,

What wants to enter your field.

We're going to be here for a few more minutes.

If you want to ask any questions,

If you want to move around the spade,

Please feel free to roam or explore your edges.

We'll be here just about one more minute.

So if you want to have any other experiences,

Receive any guidance or wisdom,

You can always ask for a gift.

Maybe that gift comes from nature.

Maybe there's an object or a resource or a message that's being given.

We're going to begin to wrap up.

Taking one final look around the space.

Coming into our hearts to express gratitude.

Gratitude to nature,

To the space we find ourselves in.

Gratitude to whichever parts of ourselves guides have shown up.

Gratitude to the bench,

The area where we sat.

And gratitude for our own trust,

Our willingness to trust.

Our openness.

And we're going to slowly make our way back down the path.

The gratitude in our hearts.

We're going to welcome our bodies back into this dimension.

You may want to caress your arms,

Your shoulders,

Your legs.

As you slowly and gently bring your cognition back into this space.

And you can take a few moments to jot down anything you saw.
