So getting really comfortable,
Feeling the weight of your body,
Either on your sitting bones or if you're lying down,
Feeling the weight of your body as it meets the surface you're lying on,
Allowing everything that we don't need in this moment to release and using our breath to help us with that release process.
Taking a few deep breaths in and through the deep breathing in through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth to clear out our energy and releasing any what I like to call free radicals,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Tension that's just left over from the last thought,
The last conversation.
So we'll take a couple more of these breaths to release free radicals and we're just going to feel our weight as the loving presence,
The loving energy,
The loving pull of Mother Earth,
Pulling our body deeper towards her and towards the center of the earth.
And now we're going to imagine ourselves somewhere in nature,
Can be anywhere,
Somewhere you've been,
Somewhere you're imagining,
You're dreaming of,
Just want you to imagine yourself somewhere in nature where there's a path.
Want you to look around,
See what's in your surroundings.
Do you see sand?
Do you see water?
Do you see trees?
Do you see flowers?
Maybe there's an animal.
If you do see an animal,
I want you to check it out,
See if it's passing through or there to guide you.
And now we're going to find this path,
This trail,
Wherever we are,
We're going to follow the path one foot in front of the other and see where it takes us.
As you walk on this path,
You can notice your surroundings.
You can notice yourself,
Your feet,
What you're wearing,
Your curiosity.
And we're going to keep following this path until we see some sort of clearing.
Everyone's clearing can be different,
But at some point we're going to arrive at some sort of clearing,
Some sort of gathering place.
When you arrive in this clearing,
I want you to look around,
Take it all in and see if there's a seat,
A chair,
A throne,
A bench,
Whatever it is waiting for you.
You're going to see what's unique to you.
It can be a spot in the sand,
It can be an elaborate throne,
Trust what you're seeing.
Now start to make out the details of what's around you.
Maybe a figure,
A guide,
A presence emerges.
Maybe ancestors emerge.
There can be one,
There can be many.
You may see your higher self,
An aspect of yourself.
Guidance can come in any form.
You can feel a presence,
It can be a color,
An element,
Or a being.
We're just going to practice being here in this space.
And I'm going to give you a few minutes to sit in this space and practice being with whatever presence arrives.
If you get distracted,
You can bring yourself back here in this space in your seat.
Just practice being here in this presence,
In this space,
And just feeling what's present,
What's around you,
If anything has arrived.
If you do feel a presence,
Whether it's a part of nature,
A being,
An aspect of yourself,
Any ancestors,
I'm going to invite you to ask them,
Why are you here?
You can create your own language if you'd like.
Why did you invite me here?
What am I doing here?
You can even ask them,
What is this place?
Bringing yourself back to your seat and being with this presence.
If you want to keep dialoguing with them,
You can practice asking different questions.
What am I doing here?
How are we related?
What am I here to learn?
You can even ask them,
Do you have a message for me?
You can even ask that to the space,
To the place in nature you're in,
Do you have a message for me?
We're going to spend another minute or two here.

Maybe this is a space you want to get to know better.
Maybe your guides want to come along.
Maybe you're just there to connect with the space.
We're going to start to wrap up this visit.
