Divine Feminine & Masculine Energy Meditation

A meditation that utilizes breath and awareness to connect you deeper to your heart space, as well as to the Divine feminine & masculine energies within and without. The audio mysteriously cuts out for a few seconds toward the end-however, this does not disrupt the meditation practice itself.

To this meditation, Urging a comfortable position. Practice this meditation seated in a cross-legged position, Possibly with your hips propped up on a meditation cushion. You may practice this meditation lying down, Or you can also practice seated in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground. So whatever position you choose, Find one that feels most supportive to your body and allows you to have a nice straight spine. And once you find yourself in a comfortable position, We will begin by taking three cleansing breaths together. Breathe in through the nose on the inhale and on the exhale, We'll breathe out with a sigh. Inhale through the nose, Inhale. Inhale through the nose, Inhale. Allowing the breath to move all the way down to the root of your being. Feel yourself completely settling into the very root, The base of your being. And as you settle into the sacred pelvic bowl, This deep, Deep space in your body, Begin to relax your hip, Relax the pelvic floor, Soften your belly, Your lower back, Soften your chest, Relax the shoulders, The ears, The jaw, Face, Allowing to melt into the surface beneath you. We will begin by inviting the divine masculine energy into our being. So bring your awareness, Breath and awareness, And imagine now above the crown of your head, Beautiful, Milky, Luminous, Full moon. Above the crown of your head, Luminous, Milky, Full moon. And on your inhale, I want you to feel as though this luminous, Milky moonlight is pouring in through the crown of your head and it moves down the central column of your spine. And on the exhale, This moonlight continues moving down along your spine and it pools in your pelvic bowl. So on the inhale, Milky moonlight moves in through the crown of your head down the central column of your spine. On the exhale, It continues moving down, Down, Down, And this luminous, Milky moonlight pools into your pelvic bowl. So bring your awareness, Full moon, Above the crown of your head. Inhale, Feel it moving in to your body. Exhale, Feel the moon energy moving down to your pelvic bowl. Awareness moves back up to the crown of the head. Breathe in and feel this radiant, Luminous, Milky moonlight. Exhale, Continue repeating this a few rounds at your own pace. Sking in this quilling, Milky moonlight. Divine masculine energy moving in through the crown of the head, Through the brain and down the spine, Belly. Now on your next exhale, Move down. As it reaches your pelvic bowl, Feel this energy liquefying. So within your pelvic bowl is this luminous, Milky, Healing ocean. With your awareness in the pelvic bowl, Feel the wave of this ocean moving and cleansing and clearing any stuck energies that may be present here in this sacred space. Feel this energy washing away, Clearing, Cleansing, The entire pelvic bowl. Basking in this beautiful, Pure, Loving energy. Now bring your awareness even deeper into the pelvic bowl, Down to the perineum, To the root of your being. And here at the root of your being, Imagine this beautiful, Warm ball of fire. At the root of your being, A red ball of fire. Breathe in to this fire. Feel the power of this fire, Welcoming in the divine feminine energy, This Shakti energy that lives here, The base of your being. Now with your awareness, This beautiful flame, This beautiful ball of fire, We're going to use breath and awareness to circulate this energy up the back of our spine, All the way to the crown of our head. And on the exhale, This energy is going to move down the front of our body, Move along the front of our spine, And it meets back here at the perineum, At the base of your being. So with the awareness at this ball of fire, Breathe in and feel the energy begin to move up your back body along the back of the spine, All the way to the crown of the head. Exhale and feel this energy circulate around and down the front of the body, Along the base of your being. Breath in, Energy move up along the up, Crown of the head. Breath and awareness on the exhale, Move this fiery ball of Shakti down. Repeat this orbit at your own pace for a few breath, Breathing in, Breathing out. And as she moves along the back and the front of your spine, Feel as though this fire is purifying and transforming any energies of stuckness, Stickiness, Densities that are in your chakra. Feel this powerful fire energy purifying your entire chakra system, Allowing areas that were once consumed by darkness to be illuminated with light, With love, Healing energy. Just a few more round ball of energy purifying and on your next inhale, Move energy up, Up, Up your spine, All the way to the crown of your head. And on the exhale, Feel this energy bathing your brain, Illuminating your brain. On your next inhale, This energy stays within the skull and see it growing on your inhale. And on your exhale, Just feel it illuminating your entire skull, Your inculing, Your heart, Healing energy. Breathe in, Feel, Find, Move your inner awareness to the center, To the heart chakra. If it helps, You may place both of your hands over this space, Sending loving energy to your heart chakra, Maybe putting a little smile on your face. And what we'll do next is we will merge these two energies, This milky white sheave of masculine energy from above and this fiery, Dynamic, Creative, Shakti feminine energy from above. We'll merge these two together where they meet here at the heart space coming together in. So as you breathe in, Simultaneously feel this energy moving in through the crown of the head down the central column of the spine and energy moving from the base of your spine up the central column. And they meet at the heart. And on the exhale, Feel these two energies pulsating and coming together, Merging, And feel that rippling through. So inhale these two energies simultaneous towards the heart. Inhale and feel this divine union. Breathe in these energies. Breathe out and feel the pulsation, The energy expanding in your heart space and throughout your entire being. Pure, Unconditional love. Breathe in and continue breathing in these two energies from the heavens and they meet at the heart and they harmonize and come together, Rippling, Unconditional love throughout your entire being. One more time, Breathe both of these energies deeply, Deeply, Deeply into your heart space. Feel this divine union, Alchemy, Harmony. Exhale, Feel this divine love of the mother and the father just rippling throughout your entire heart space and being. Focusing the awareness back on the heart space. Feel the love, Feel this divine nourishment, Knowing that you are these energies and you are fully supported by these energies. Now, With your awareness still rooted here at the heart, I'd like you to inhale and move this energy here, This divine union, Shivan Shakti energies of the heart and breathe these energies up the central column of the spine from the heart. So, Inhale, Move this energy up the central column of the spine from the heart space to the crown of your head. And on the exhale, These energies are going to pulse out of the crown and form around you this beautiful golden egg. So, Inhale from your heart space, Up and out the crown of your head and on the exhale, Feel the energy raining down around, Developing you beautiful, Nourishing. The inhale, Shivan Shakti energy is moving up, Up, Up the central column of the spine, Out the crown of the head. And the energy of the divine mother and the divine father is just completely wrapping you, Surrounding you like an egg with this golden nectar, This golden nourishment. One last time, Breathe in from the heart space out of your head. This egg rains down around you 360 degrees, Holding you in this beautiful golden egg. As you breathe in and out, Feel how supported you are. Feel how loved you are, Safe and nourished, Supported. And you may stay in this energy for as long as you'd like, Feeling the love of the divine feminine and the divine masculine within you and all around you, Holding you, One with you. Maybe placing your hands back to your heart space or anywhere else on the body that you intuitively feel called to. Just give some love. Perhaps you begin rocking a little bit side to side and maybe run your fingers through your hair or along your face. Maybe stillness is what feels best for you. Honor whatever it is that your body needs, Asking for. And if you are ready, You may slowly begin to wiggle the fingers and the toes. Invite some movement into the body. Blink the eyes open. Maybe take a look around the space that you're in, Orienting your body to the space, Signaling to your nervous system that you are safe, Thanking yourself, Thanking the divine feminine and the divine masculine energies for being with you always.
