Welcome to this guided meditation to activate your abundant self.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Allow it to become a little deeper and a little slower.
And as you breathe deeply,
The space you are in is being filled by the white golden light of Source together with the golden light of the Christ light and the light of the Great Central Sun.
This light fills the walls,
The ceiling,
The floor,
The doors and the windows or creates a beautiful sphere around you should you be outside.
This light creates a beautiful high vibrational space so that only the energies,
Vibrations and beings that are to your highest benefit may enter.
As you breathe,
Imagine your own inner channel gently opening.
Begin to gently breathe yourself open from within.
Bring your awareness to Mother Earth,
To her beautiful nourishing vibration and imagine breathing with her,
Breathing in her energy,
Her vibration,
Breathing it into your body.
Feel yourself grounding as you breathe with the Earth.
Now bring your awareness to the heavens,
To the stars,
To the cosmos and imagine breathing with the stars so that your channel may open towards the stars,
Into the cosmos as well as into the Earth.
So breathe with the stars and allow your channel to reach and open into both directions.
It is essential that we are grounded,
Deeply connected to our Mother Earth and at the same time open to the cosmos,
Deeply connected,
Allowing ourselves to remember and to embrace the multidimensionality of who we truly are.
And so invite all parts of who you are into this open beautiful space for this journey.
Also the parts of you that may feel lost at times,
May be ashamed,
Small,
Unworthy,
Anything at all,
Invite all of who you are to be part of this journey.
And so turning to the south,
I call upon our Pleiadian star family to create a beautiful pillar of light and hold the space.
To the west,
I call upon our Andromedan star family of light to create a beautiful pillar of light and hold the space.
To the north,
I call upon our Syrian star family to create a beautiful pillar of light and hold the space.
To the east,
I call upon our Arcturian star family to create a beautiful pillar of light and hold the space.
These beautiful beings of light,
Your star brothers and star sisters,
Are here to assist you on this journey.
Right before you,
A beautiful golden portal begins to take shape and within this portal you see translucent codes shimmering within the portal,
Beautiful symbols of light.
And so take a deep breath and allow your light body to sink into the portal.
Allow yourself to journey.
Feel yourself becoming a little lighter.
Allow yourself to move through this beautiful,
Timeless,
Endless space.
You are standing on a beautiful,
Crystalline ground,
A floor made of crystals,
Smooth on top.
You are in a beautiful,
Open space filled with the most beautiful light and in the space around you,
In the air,
You also notice these beautiful codes of light,
Of sacred geometry.
Beautiful light codes of the higher dimensions as they gracefully move through the space around you.
Your star brothers and star sisters are gathered in this space around you,
Holding you in their love,
In their beautiful vibration and in their light.
And so from the ground beneath you,
From the crystalline ground,
A spiral of golden and violet light,
Violet light of the violet flame,
Begins to move upwards all around you,
Embracing you in a vortex of this golden light and the violet flame.
And this vortex of light begins to slowly move into your mental body.
The light of this vortex begins to move into all thought forms,
Programs,
Beliefs and fears that still keep you stuck in a vibration of lack at times.
The light moves deeply into any limiting beliefs,
Any beliefs that you are not truly deserving and worthy,
Any thoughts of not being good enough.
The light moves into all programs and thoughts and beliefs that put you down and keep you small.
And so just allow these beautiful rays of light,
The gold and the violet,
To move deeply into your mental body as the light begins to dissolve and release and heal all these patterns and thought forms and beliefs and fears on the deepest level possible today.
Keep breathing deeply,
Opening your heart and being as the waves of sound and the waves of light move deep into your mental body.
Keep breathing deeply into the sacred space of your heart and allow it to open on yet deeper levels,
Allow it to expand gently.
The beautiful golden and violet light of the vortex now moves into your emotional body,
Into every emotion and feeling that is connected to these thoughts,
Programs and beliefs that don't serve you.
The light moves deep into these emotions,
Carries beautiful codes of healing and so allow the light and the sound to also move deep into the space of your heart,
Into your emotional body as the light and the vibration within it brings you a beautiful release,
An opening,
A letting go and deep healing.
The space you are in is vibrating in the frequency of abundance.
The codes of abundance moving through the open space around you allow your entire being,
All aspects of your being,
To be truly filled by the healing vibrations and the frequency of abundance.
Breathe and feel deeply into your heart and consciously connect to the essence of who you are,
That divine part of you that knows and feels it is whole and complete,
Worthy and abundant,
That part of you that lies beneath all the programs and beliefs and thoughts,
The true pure divine essence of your being.
The light around you carrying the abundance frequencies,
The vibration of abundance,
The beautiful golden codes of abundance,
All of this begins to move deeply into your body.
Imagine your cells drinking from this light,
From these codes.
The light flows into every cell of your being,
Of your body,
Into your DNA,
Spiraling into your DNA.
Allow your body to truly drink from the abundance frequency.
Allow yourself to be filled by these vibrations of true abundance.
Feel the light expanding also into your spiritual body.
Allow all of you,
All aspects of your being to bathe in this golden light.
Allow all parts of you that feel lost,
That feel small,
That feel insignificant,
That feel shame.
Allow all of these parts of you to be bathed in this light,
To be filled by this beautiful vibration,
To be filled by the abundance consciousness.
Allow this vibration and this light to hold all of who you are,
To embrace all of who you are,
To flow deeply into every part of your being.
Imagine the waves of the sound blending with the waves of the light as they both carry the abundance codes,
The abundance frequencies,
Deep into the core of your being.
Beautiful angelic beings of light,
Of the highest light and resonance,
Now join your star family around you.
They all hold you in their love and in their light.
Breathe yourself open even more.
Feel your heart,
Your being,
Your consciousness expand into this vibration.
Keep breathing in the light,
The love,
And the compassion.
Feel the vibration of abundance gently vibrating within your body and being and with your breath imagine expanding out this vibration of abundance from your heart space,
Expanding into all directions,
Flowing through all parts of you,
The parts you love,
The parts you judge.
Abundance is our true nature.
Now is the time to remember deeply,
To go deeper,
To come back to who we truly are,
To release what no longer serves us,
So that we may,
Bit by bit,
Reclaim the grandness,
The beauty,
The magic,
The sovereignty,
All of who we are,
So that we may remember the magic and the gifts that we hold.
Step by step,
Feel your whole being expanding into the vibrations of abundance.
Feel every part of you being activated.
Feel your abundant self at the core of your being being truly activated.
Allow yourself to leave the world outside,
To fully sink into this moment.
Allow yourself to fully embrace and embody this abundance,
Frequency,
And vibration.
You are worthy.
You are deserving.
Surrender fully to this light and the vibration of it,
As you are being held in the light of these beautiful beings around you.
Drink of the sound and the light once more,
So that the codes of abundance may anchor in deep into your being,
Allowing a deep activation within you.
Take a deep breath,
Surrender,
And receive.
The beings of light want you to know that no matter what you may be going through in life,
No matter what your challenges may be in this moment,
No matter how dark it may feel at times,
This part of you that is always whole,
That carries true abundance,
Is always present within you and can never be lost.
So allow yourself to connect to this pure,
Beautiful part of yourself often.
Allow yourself to sink a little deeper and connect a little deeper every time.
The beautiful beings around you send you a blessing from their hearts to yours,
In deep love and appreciation.
And so take a few more deep breaths,
Breathing in the beauty and the vibration of this journey,
And know that when you journey back,
You carry the activation and the healing deep within you.
So take a deep breath and allow yourself to once again sink into the beautiful golden portal that opens in front of you.
You slowly begin to journey back,
Breathing yourself back into your body,
Coming back to this time,
This place,
Knowing that you have connected deeply to your own true self and the abundance within your being.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Slowly coming back.
