Picture roots of light coming out from underneath your feet.
Reaching deep into the earth,
Deeper and deeper,
Until they reach the crystal in the center of the earth.
Your roots of light are now connected to this beautiful crystal.
Breathe in the beautiful,
Radiant,
Deep red energy of Mother Earth.
Breathe in her energy up through your roots of light.
You are held,
Supported,
Guided.
You are safe.
Become aware of this deep connection to the earth,
To Pachamama.
Now breathe in through your crown chakra at the top of your head.
Allow it to open like a beautiful lotus flower.
The beautiful white golden light of creation is now flowing down from the heavens,
Into your crown chakra and into your entire body.
Breathe in this beautiful white golden light of Source.
And with your next breath,
At the same time,
Breathe in the beautiful red earthy energy up through your roots of light and the white golden light through your crown chakra.
Until these energies blend in your heart center.
Just keep breathing,
Letting these beautiful energies flow into you.
Feel your connection to the earth and to the above.
Breathe into the space of expansion.
Now picture yourself somewhere in nature,
Near the ocean,
In the woods or in the mountains.
Whatever your heart desires.
Breathe in the fresh air.
Become aware of your surroundings.
Take them in with all your senses.
Three beings of light are joining you now.
One behind you,
One to your left.
And one to your right.
They are here to accompany you on this journey.
In front of you,
One of your spirit guides appears.
Observe your spirit guide and feel into your connection with this beautiful being.
Breathe deeply into your heart and allow it to open.
Picture a rainbow bridge coming out from your heart,
Flowing to the heart of your spirit guide.
Enjoy this deep connection.
A translucent shimmering sphere appears around you.
The sphere helps you to raise your vibration,
Protects you,
Holds you,
Keeps you safe.
You slowly start rising up.
The beings of light and your spirit guide still with you.
You rise higher and higher,
Feeling weightless and free.
You are leaving the earth below you.
You are rising higher and higher into timeless,
Eternal space.

A portal opens.

See it light up in radiant colors,
More beautiful and vibrant than anything you've ever seen.
Allow your heart space to expand even more.
Become one with the universe.
Let go of your 3D limiting beliefs and thoughts.
Remember your inner wisdom.
Remember who you truly are.
Keep walking on the 5D timeline.
Allow its vibration to flow through your entire being.
Allow the 3D timeline to fall away completely.
Shine your light brightly.
Let it shine throughout all times and dimensions.
As you keep walking,
A large crystal appears in front of you,
Floating in space.
What does it look like?
What color does it have?
This crystal carries the 5th dimensional frequencies and vibrations.
Now take the crystal into your hands.
Let yourself be swept away by its magnificent light and power.
Let its light flow through you,
Raising your vibration even more.
Surrender fully to this divine light.
Now place the crystal in front of your solar plexus.
Allow it to flow fully into you and blend with your being.
Soak up this beautiful light and vibration.
Say silently to yourself,
I will keep choosing the 5D timeline.
When I feel overwhelmed by fear,
Whether that be my fears or of the collective field,
I can always choose this path,
Over and over again.
This is my truth.
This is who I am,
A light worker,
An eternal soul,
A divine multidimensional being.
Breathe in and out deeply through your heart a few more times.
Know that this beautiful divine place is always within you.
The beings of light and your soul guide are holding you in their light.
And with the beautiful rainbow sphere still around you,
You slowly start descending towards Earth.
The 5D energy is anchored deep within you.
Bit by bit,
You descend.
After a little while,
You land exactly where you started off.
You are in your chosen surroundings in nature.
Become aware of your body.
Become aware of your heartbeat.
Breathe in the fresh air.
Know that it's always your choice,
Love or fear,
3D or 5D.
Be gentle with yourself.
Enjoy the process of creating a new Earth.
It will be magical.
