There’s nothing to fix or achieve here. The pause itself is the practice. This meditation is especially supportive when you’re feeling rushed, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and want to move forward with more ease, clarity, and intention. You can return to this grounding pause anytime—with a breath, a moment of noticing, or a simple remembering. Slowing down isn’t a step back. It’s a powerful way forward.
