Welcome,

My friend.

As you begin,

Gently place one hand over your heart and the other over your belly.

Feel the warmth of your own touch,

A reminder that you are safe,

Supported,

And present.

Begin to notice the rhythm of your breath,

Just as it is.

No need to change it.

Feel its natural rise and fall under your palms.

As you breathe,

Allow the quiet sound of your breath to center you.

Inhale calm,

Exhale tension.

Let this moment be a gentle landing place where you can tune in to what truly matters.

Now bring your mind to an area of your life where you feel out of sync,

A place where your energy feels pulled or scattered.

Maybe it's a project,

A relationship,

A habit.

See it in your mind's eye.

How does it feel in your body?

Notice what about this feels out of alignment with your values.

What might you let go of to come back to your core values?

Imagine just for a moment,

Releasing what no longer serves you.

See yourself loosening your grip,

Creating space for what is true and meaningful to return to.

Visualize yourself stepping forward with a lighter heart rooted in clarity for what you stand for.

With a gentle breath in,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am mindful of what activates and violates my values.

Let this truth fill every cell of your being,

Steady and clear.

Now take one final deep inhale,

Drawing in self-trust and alignment,

And exhale fully,

Releasing anything you no longer need.

When you're ready,

Gently blink your eyes open,

Carrying forward this mindful awareness into your day.

Remember,

You always have permission to stop what isn't serving you and choose what aligns.

You got this.
