Welcome.

This practice is an invitation.

An invitation to remember.

An invitation to pause in the midst of your everyday life to let go.

An invitation to remember who you are.

Close your eyes and take a few moments to settle in.

I invite you to let go.

To let be.

To let open the soft spots of love and caring that hold the immensity of your most grace filled heart.

I invite you to let go,

To release,

To relinquish the relentless search outside of yourself.

The persistent pursuit beyond the simplicity of this moment.

No special act is needed.

No particular practice holds the key.

It arrives only in the willingness to lay down your resistance.

To set aside your defenses.

To abandon your bondage.

So that what resides at the core of who you are can breathe.

Can be reclaimed from the darkness and density that have weighed you down for far too long.

I invite you to let go,

To let be,

To let open the sacred source of love and knowing that holds the wisdom of your most grace filled heart.

So that what resides at the core of who you are can arise.

Can be restored from deep within and felt with all of your being.

And as you sit in this moment of remembrance,

Longing for love to wrap around your vulnerability and hold you in acceptance,

In compassion,

In acknowledgement of your humanness.

Let yourself lean deeper in to the truth.

The truth of who you are.

And the one truth that exists within.

Beneath the layers of ideas and projection.

Beyond the labels of outward identification.

The one truth that weaves through every fiber of your embodied soul.

The one truth that in this moment you are free.
