Heal by pointing at joy.
Do you have something in your body that needs to be healed?
Do you have a relationship that needs healing?
Do you have a situation that could use some well-deserved healing?
A few years ago,
I fell while coming out of the shower and face planted on the tile,
Hyperextending my left arm above my head,
Injuring my shoulder.
As soon as I landed,
I said to myself,
Well,
I must have a lot of resistance going on.
Because I know there are no accidents.
Every single thing we experience is matched by vibrational attraction.
Even in the excruciating pain for the next several weeks with my arm in a sling and unable to care for myself,
I knew what needed to change in my attitude.
I had been complaining way too much about a situation I didn't want to be in.
I had ignored and refused to release this resistant attitude.
So,
I attracted something severe to point out my chronically resistant complaining.
I wish I had paid better attention to how I was feeling and shifted my attitude before I manifested this painful condition.
I did get the message and began a journey back to joy and to release that complaining attitude.
I found this quote from Abraham Hicks to be of comfort and instruction.
Point at joy and find it,
And everything in your body will take care of itself.
Point at love and find it,
And everything in your body will take care of itself.
Well,
I started pointing and finding joy with my good arm,
Of course.
I started pointing and finding love.
Over and over,
I would look for some glimmer of joy,
Even through the pain.
I looked and found love being expressed all around me by those who cared for me.
I paid attention to the things I appreciated,
And my body began to heal.
My attitude toward this situation improved.
Yes,
The situation was still there,
But I had changed,
And that's all that mattered.
Healing showed up in my body,
And the situation felt more pleasant.
Our bodies,
Our relationships,
And our situations are feeling our vibrational attitudes.
We need to monitor how we feel and notice what we're thinking.
If we really want to heal ourselves,
We need to point at joy and love everywhere we find it.
If we shift our attention,
Our vibrational output will rise,
And everything in our lives will improve.
Perhaps not all at once,
But as we keep pointing and finding joy and love,
We can't help but witness improvement.
So,

Maybe it's time to start pointing at joy and love,
Finding it,
And watching the magic happen.
Your body,
Relationships,
And situations are feeling everything you feel.
They feel the energy of your directed pointing.
