The purpose of this guided meditation is to activate the vibration of love and joy.
After the meditation is complete,
You are encouraged to do the integration practices offered at the end.
For now,
Open your heart and mind to your higher power within.
Get comfortable and settle in.
Let's begin with a few deep breaths to summon life force through you.
Gently close your eyes.
Relax and begin to melt into your position.
Take a few more deep breaths as you scan your body for any tension that needs to be released.
Relax and release any lingering tension.
With another deep breath,
Inhale allowance and exhale resistance with an audible sigh.
Let's begin by offering our appreciation to Source Energy.
Thank you,
Source,
For holding me as your pure positive object of attention.
I am the pure positive object of your pure positive attention.
You always hold me in unconditional love.
There is no condition that must change for you to love me.
You love because you are love.
I can't do anything that needs to be forgiven because you never judge me.
You never shame me,
Proclaim me guilty,
Or ask me to change in any way.
You simply love me because you always see me as love.
You know me to be an extension of who you are and are simply calling me to come back to my path of alignment with you when I stray from my joy.

For never requiring me to live by dogmas and rules.
You never require me to conform to any standard but allow me the freedom to choose what feels right for me.
I appreciate that you have given me free will to decide what resonates with my soul and to pursue my personal preferences.
I appreciate that I have complete control of my thoughts and only I get to choose what delights me.
As I breathe deeply,
I appreciate the life force that I am summoning through my body who is my partner in this life.
As life force flows through me,
Each and every cell of my body is receiving everything from this stream of well-being that they have asked for.
Well-being is our natural state of being.
Thank you,
Body,
For being my partner in this life and for serving me so well.
You perform functions and processes that I don't even understand.
Thank you for serving me by breathing,
By digesting my food,
By circulating my blood,
Removing the waste,
By walking,
Talking,
And thinking.
Thank you for our senses as we see,
Hear,
Smell,
Taste,
And touch.
Thank you for performing so many functions that I do not have to mindfully oversee and manage.
You know exactly what needs to be done and do it with the wisdom of your cellular consciousness.
Thank you for your service to me in this lifetime.
I invite you to acclimate to this higher vibrational frequency of Source as this life force flows through us to return to and maintain our natural state of well-being.

For my physical life experience in this time-space reality.
Thank you for the opportunity to expand and evolve as I choose to live in love and joy.
Thank you for supporting me,
Helping me,
Guiding me,
Loving me.

As we close this time of meditation,
Be grateful that you have taken time to align with who you really are as pure positive energy.

Thanking this energetic life force that is breathing you and for its support and guidance,
Knowing that it is always there for you.
Life force is always as close as your next breath.
When you are ready,
You may wiggle your fingers and toes to signal to your body that you are returning to the present moment.
As you open your eyes,
Remember the feeling of pure positive energy that supports you every moment.
Carry this potent energy with you throughout your day.
