Good day.

Thank you for joining me.

My name is Mary and I will be your guide during this meditation to start your day.

Mornings are a perfect time to meditate.

Your brain is just waking up to the many possibilities of the day.

You can manifest anything you want in this space for the day.

Know that you have the power to manifest.

You have everything you need to start your day.

So let's begin.

You can start anywhere.

You can lay down,

Sit down.

Maybe you're walking or just waking up.

But wherever you are,

Just get comfortable.

Whatever space you are in.

Let's start with the eyes closed.

Now,

Begin to take in the sounds around you.

The gentle air on your skin.

The smells around the room.

Now smile.

Gently smile.

Welcoming the morning.

Beginning to draw attention to the breath.

The breath that kept you.

That keeps you throughout your sleep.

Bringing you to this space.

To this time.

Inhale.

Take the breath.

I tell.

Take your time.

Relax.

Set in.

Inhale the many possibilities.

Exhale the fears or insecurities.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You are comfortable with just being.

Just breathing.

Good.

Settle in.

You allow your body to take up space.

Take up as much space as you need.

Mentally.

Physically.

Spiritually.

Through your arms.

Through your legs.

Through your torso.

Now through your head.

Now through your breath.

Breathing through this expansion of space.

This expansion of breath.

This expansion of you.

Now slowly return to the body.

Through the breath.

Take in the sounds around you.

The gentle air on your skin.

The smells around the room and smile.

Welcome to the morning.

Notice how you feel.

Now notice your breath.

Know that anything is possible for your day.

Because you have everything that you need.

Go on with your day experiencing the openness of the breath.

The openness of being.
