This is a shortened version of the Words of Affirmation meditation.
By listening to these words of affirmation and then repeating them to yourself,
It is my hope that you will feel more loved,
Accepted and secure in your own body.
You will embody hope and joy.
I invite you now to listen and receive these words of affirmation.
There are seven phrases.
I will then repeat them so that you can say them to yourself,
After which I will allow some silence.
There is no chime for the end of this practice.
You are worthy of love.
You are as calm as you want to be.
You are allowed to be more calm.
You can handle anything that comes your way.
You are an amazing person.
I admire your inner strength and innate wisdom.
You are enough.
Allow a gentle cleansing breath here.
Give thanks for the sensations of deep self-compassion.
You may like to place your hand on your heart,
Repeating the phrases to yourself after me.
I am worthy of love.
I am as calm as I want to be.
I am allowed to be more calm.
