Take a moment to close your eyes.
See if you can feel the ground underneath your feet.
See if it's possible to feel your breath,
However your breath shows up right now.
Notice your hands.
Are they warm or cold?
Are they the same or different?
Notice how you're feeling right now.
Are you tired,
Energized,
Calm,
Agitated,
Frustrated or open?
No right or wrong.
Just notice what is present for you right now.
Notice all the thoughts racing through your mind,
Like clouds moving through the sky.
Just notice that they're there.
You don't have to stop them.
You don't have to change them.
Now take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Inhale,
Exhale release.
And one more inhale and exhale let it go.
Slowly open your eyes.
