This mid-day intervention practice is a focused attention technique to help you to switch off and tune in to the breath when you most need to. Giving the mind something to focus on like a Mantra can be a helpful way to reduce the stickiness of thoughts and their ability to pull you away from the Present moment. The words/sounds "Boh-Dah" mean nothing, which is useful in itself as it is less likely to trigger any thought process and instead simply helps you to connect to your breathing. This practice is great for energizing and recentering as the equal length of the "Boh" for the in-breath and "Dah" on the out-breath promotes even breathing. Custom-created music by Kaleidaline
