Beautiful soul and welcome to day 21 of the mindful mornings challenge here on Insight Timer.
My name is Dr.
Mariel Bouquet and it's an honor to start this journey of your day together with you mindfully and with intention.
Today I'll be sharing some of my morning routine before guiding you through soundbath meditation.
Let's begin.
Mornings to me are profoundly sacred.
It's a moment to center the mind,
The body,
And the spirit for the day ahead.
I start my mornings with a mindful cup of tea to open up the senses.
And I transition into doing some journaling to gather my thoughts in one place.
And then I segue into a sacred ancient practice of sound bathing.
The combination of these morning rituals allows me to carve out a moment to set intention for my day,
Which is what I hope to do with you here and now.
Let's enter our practice with a collective breath at your pace with an inhale in and a exhale at your pace with an exhale at your pace with an inhale.
