Five minute moment with yourself.
It's a perfect meditation to recenter yourself any way you are,
Anywhere you are.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and exhale relax all the muscles in your face.
Slowly breathe in deeply through your stomach.
In and out filling up your entire chest with vital air and exhale relaxing all the muscles down your back,
Spine,
Neck.
Taking a few moments of pause to acknowledge the things around you going on.
Whether or not they are tied to you,
They are there.
As you breathe deeply acknowledging these things going on without you having to do anything about them.
These events going on happening with or without your effort in this moment you can take a deep breath in and out and remember your responsibility to your breath.
With each breath feeling your connection with nature.
Each breath connecting you to this nature that you are.
As you return back to your waking world and all the things that are going on in it,
Remember this connection to nature is available to you with each and every breath.
