Hello and welcome to this guided grounding meditation.
I invite you to fully surrender and relax throughout the session.
In a comfortable position where you can sit or lie back and gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
Perhaps noticing the way the air flows in through the nostrils,
Perhaps noticing the temperature of the cool air on the inhales,
Perhaps noticing the temperature of the warm air on the exhales,
Noticing where the breath resides in your body.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Perhaps noticing any areas of tension or tightness.
No need to change anything right now,
Just allowing for what is.
Gently start to deepen your breath,
Breathing in a little bit deeper.
Exhaling a little bit longer.
Breathing in through the nose,
Into the chest,
Into the belly.
Gently expanding and releasing through the belly,
Chest,
Out the nose.
Breathing deeply,
Exhaling,
Letting it all go.
Gently start to imagine coming out of you,
A cord reaching into the surface beneath you.
You notice that this cord starts to travel.
It starts to travel below the surface beneath you,
To the ground and to the floor beneath the foundation of your home.
Traveling deeper and deeper,
Past the rocks,
Past the roots of any trees,
Traveling down deeper and deeper into the center of the earth.
And you see in the center a glowing ball of bright warm light.
And you sense,
Know and feel this energy,
This powerful warm nourishing energy from the center of the earth.
You sense its love.
You sense its healing abilities,
Its intuitive knowledge.
And you notice your cord start to intertwine with that powerful energy,
That powerful ball of light in the center of the earth.
And you notice that energy start to rise up,
Rise back through the layers of the earth,
Past the rocks and the soil and the roots of the trees,
Past the foundation of your home.
Past the surface which you are laying on and it starts to surround your whole body.
You feel this bubble of light and warmth around your entire body,
Surrounding you like a blanket.
And then you notice that this energy starts to intertwine with you a little bit deeper.
You feel it starting at the bottom of your feet,
Filling you up.
You notice warmth,
Tingling or perhaps just a knowing that it's there.
That energy continues to rise and intertwine to the top of your feet and into your ankles.
This warm,
Relaxing healing energy continuing up into your calves and your shins and your knees and your thighs and your hips,
Your lower abdomen,
Your upper abdomen,
Your ribs,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your upper arms,
Your lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your fingers,
Your neck,
Your jaw,
Your mouth,
Your eyes,
Your forehead and the top of your head.
This energy fully filling your body,
Knowing that it's there for exactly what you need right now.

Nourishing energy as it intertwines with every part of your body.
